Step inside the oversized wood door to a gorgeous vaulted entry way with views directly out to the mountains. The main living area features a massive custom stone gas fireplace, sofa & accent chairs, & oversized view window. Adjacent is a wine lover's dream, with a full wine tasting and bar room! Dine with a view in our custom dining table that seats 10, a breakfast nook that seats an additional 3 or 4, & separate bar seating for another 3 guests. You'll love our fully equipped gourmet chef's kitchen featuring a custom oversized wood bar island, high end state of the art stainless appliances including a 6 burner Thermador brand gas stove with griddle & gorgeous custom copper hood vent Patio doors are conveniently located near the kitchen/dining area that lead you to your very own outdoor wrap-around deck complete with a custom professional grade gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining areas (covered & uncovered), fireplace, lounge seating, & sweeping wildlife views.

Further down is a Cupola tower with windows on all sides and 365 degree views of the beautiful surrounding mountains that makes a great place to relax with your favorite beverage, read your favorite book, or play a game of chess. Rounding out this level are 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, featured by the primary “Mountain View” suite, where you'll enjoy sunrises & sunsets from the comfort of your own home as well as a cozy fireplace, King bed, & ensuite bath with separate shower & soaking tub. THE ESTATE – LOWER LEVEL
A beautiful wood staircase with railings made from Winter Park Resort ski cables lead you to your lower level that includes a family room with an oversized sofa, game/dining table, & massive 80” tv, our favorite spot to unwind & relax in the evening. Adjacent is a set of sliding glass doors leading you to another outdoor patio space, complete with a circular fire pit & seating ideal for evening gatherings, lounge chairs, soaking hot tub, & views galore!

This space also includes 2 themed br's that include a “Southwest Room” & “Moose Suite,” a separate cozy “Bear” den area, & 2 full bathrooms (see BED & BATH ARRANGEMENTS below) as well as a private office with a vacation work station & monitor.

LOCATION
Location, location, location! The Rendezvous neighborhood is a residential community full of dogs, kids, and many full-time residents. The Downtown Winter Park area is next door to the neighborhood with additional mountain restaurants, shopping, night life and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area.

The estate is perfectly situated only a short 5 min drive from Winter Park Resort with a FREE shuttle available and several stops throughout the Rendezvous neighborhood. The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities.

Just across the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking mountain biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and also includes a trout pond and children's playground at the neighborhood entrance.

GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Noise
It is a requirement to be respectful of all neighboring properties and residents, drive slowly through the neighborhood, and keep noises to a minimum outside in the evening & nighttime hours. The property does not allow parties or events of any kind. Failure to be a respectful neighbor or to follow the property rules and local short term renting rules can lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Smoking
There is no smoking of any kind permitted inside the home or anywhere outside of the property.
• Guest Requirements
The primary renter must be atleast 30 years of age and present for the entire duration of the reservation; if your group is all adults, each guest must meet our minimum age of 30 years.

    Absolutely the most gorgeous house with hosts that made the stay exceptional! We wanted a place large enough to include our entire family with their children and this home met our needs beyond anything we could imagine! Booking was done with great ease and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

    Check in was fine. Kitchen microwave was very dirty. There was literally one kitchen towel to use for hands or drying dishes. This forced us to use paper towels, therefore having to buy more when we ran out.The glass door going out to the deck off of the kitchen was very dirty and possibly had paw marks.The lights in the upstairs were very un-user friendly and not marked as to identify which lights would turn on in which rooms.For example, lights would come on in the master bedroom after guests were asleep, which was extremely annoying. If they were on a timer we had no idea where to find a timer along with written instructions. Some of the lights would turn on rooms that were far away from the switches, which made no sense.

    Beautiful location and home. We appreciated all the kitchen amenities but would have loved to seen a more detailed list so to avoid bringing things we needed but ended up finding there. The house had a lot of tech amenities as well. Lights would turn off every night so we would go around turning them back on as 11pm was early for us. The blinds in the primary open at 6am and even make a sound to help wake you. The house is listed as no pets however we were covered in dog hair within minutes of arriving. Loved the multiple laundry rooms and the kids enjoyed hanging out in the downstairs family room while adults visited upstairs. For us the house did work out as needed. With a few changes we would come back

    This property is everything you're hoping it is. The cabin is beautiful and well-stocked. It is beyond luxurious, and the view is incredible in every direction. The location is fantastic. We brought a group of 13, including 9 kids, and spent most of a week. The house was just about perfect. The one very minor head's up I'll offer is that it does not have A/C, only heat. We went in mid-July and had to open the (screened) windows a few times to cool off the house, but because of the altitude, it was never terribly hot. We saw a moose(!) while hiking one day, and enjoyed tons of birds - especially hummingbirds - and lots of beautiful flowers on the hiking trail, which is accessible within just a few minutes' walk from the house. The little town at the bottom of the hill is fun and tourist-y. Bring your wallet and expect to spend $20-$30 per person to eat out anywhere. If you want a fun adventure that doesn't require the long drive to the national park, look up Byers Peak, which is a gorgeous, 8'ish mile round trip hike to the top of a mountain, with a trailhead about 40 min from the cabin. We plan to go back some day and I can't wait.

    Grand Adventure snow-mobiling was awesome. Dashing through the snow, sleigh ride scenic and relaxing. Historic Fraser snow tubing - all had a blast. Home is absolutely amazing. View is incredible. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

    Hiking the trails into town, kids playing in the Fraser river and running in the park. Togetherness in a beautiful setting. Very impressed with quality of craftsmanship of your home. It would be hard to reproduce this at this level, now. Thanks for sharing!!!
