Stayed Dec 4, 2025The house was fantastic. Spacious area in the kitchen, the living area was nice and the bedrooms were clean and cozy. The neighborhood was great. We were close to a number of neat restaurants and Thalia Hall which is where we went to a couple of concerts. Location was great - close to Midway, 20 minutes from downtown and just cool. Loved it a lot

Stayed Nov 27, 2025Exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, pretty, safe neighborhood, responsive owner. The beds were so comfortable! My teenagers and I enjoyed our stay here and this house would be my first pick if I return to Chicago. You can tell that the owner cares about the guests and their experience.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024Easy to get into, spotlessly clean, and within walking distance of entertainment, restaurants, etc. We went to a show at Thalia Hall, which is quite close. The rooms and appointments were as described, and the neighborhood, while not fancy, is quiet and safe. Would book again.

Stayed May 17, 2024Several co-workers had to be in Chicago for a conference. We looked to be close to the convention center and found this location. The home was comfortable and had all that we needed. This would be a consideration if we are in the area again.

Stayed May 10, 2024Very well appointed with great attention to the details! We sure enjoyed our stay near family on this quiet street in this cute bungalow. I have two recommendations: 1. A grab bar to get in and out of the shower on the lower level. Some in our group have mobility issues. 2. Needed hooks or some means to hang wet towels, clothes, etc. upstairs. Definitely will plan to stay again! Thank you!
