Host very welcoming!

We had an issue with the oven and the property manager was there within 1 hour and replaced the oven. That was crucial for us, since we had a turkey to make. Great house!

Great place to stay. Exactly as described, plenty of space, close to local activities.

Smooth check-in process. Lake was unfortunately closed at the time, but house assets allowed all of us to still have a great time regardless of the inconvenience. Would recommend this property to anyone with a large group looking to have a good time in the mountains.

My friends and I wanted to get together with our children. This house was amazing! It accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. The game room was the best part. We can’t wait to stay here again.

10/10 the bedrooms rooms are perfect!!! The entire home is perfect! I would definitely rent again. I had the pleasure of dealing with probably owner Alex and the communication was top tier. We absolutely loved our stay.

Clean house big kitchens.

Our host was so responsive with messages and was truly wonderful at addressing the issues and concerns we had regarding the property. The house rules and welcome letter were very helpful and I loved the welcome sign at the entrance (very fancy!) The property had ample space for all 16 of us (8 adults, 8 children). The kids (and adults) had a ball in the arcade and playing outside and on the back patio. There was plenty of space for us to dine together and to cook in the large kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces. That being said, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the property as there are a few items that needed repair or some TLC: one of the dials on the stove, the grill outside, the lights around the fire pit, the upstairs bathroom ceiling vent was hanging on by a thread (we had to reposition it in the ceiling), and the upstairs shower drain was inconsistent and would sometimes drain properly and sometime back up causing the water to pool and flood the bathroom if we weren't careful. Other less glaring things were the towels were of poor quality and left lint on your skin after a bath/shower. There also weren't enough hand towels or rags available for use. There were cobwebs in some corners. The screen door was also not secured well, allowing insects to fly in if the glass doors weren't closed well. The curtains for sliding doors were also coming off the railings. Overall the property is very spacious and welcoming and the host is very responsive and kind.

We loved this property. The house was exactly as described, with a large open space downstairs and a really cool gaming room that all of the kiddos and adults alike enjoyed. Host was super responsive to our questions, and make checking in and out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great stay here for the July 4th long weekend. Nice & clean, modern & updated place with great outdoor space for grilling and some s’mores! Pleasant area to walk, cycle, and just enjoy the outdoors. The host, Alex, is very attentive, helpful, and responds within minutes — definitely aims to please. Our stay here was a breeze and felt as if at home =) Thank you!

First of all, I just want to say thanks to the host for letting my friends & myself stay here. The house was beautiful, spacious, and appeared exactly how it was in the pictures. I booked with Alex to celebrate my graduation with some friends and we had a blast, genuinely. From grilling and making s’mores in the backyard, to all the meals cooked in the kitchen, listening to music, watching tv, and playing games in both the living room and game room, it is so much left to be said, but this experience was amazing and I am sure I will definitely return if I ever decide to come back to the Poconos. Once again, amazing job to this house and everything it brought along with it to make this milestone extra special and memorable???.

My friends and I rented this out for a weekend and had an amazing time. The owner is very communicative and left us with a wonderful property to stay at. The area is beautiful with many lovely attractions and along with a lake a 10 minute walk from the house
