Brians home was absolutely amazing! We hosted our Friendsgiving there and it was the perfect home for us. The kitchen is massive, the bar area was amazing. And the great room made for some beautiful memories. We more then enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again. Brian was also very accommodating and communicative. Which is always a pleasure

This house was stunningly beautiful! We had an AMAZING time! Our group had the perfect girls weekend! The location to the beach was ideal as well as Atlantic City. A short ten minute ride but totally different relaxing beach atmosphere. The pool and amenities were awesome! The staircase alone… we couldn’t take enough pictures. Brian the owner was so diligent and amazing. He was quick to respond. Checked in with us throughout the weekend to ensure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was nothing less than perfect. The house had everything labeled, which was super helpful to our group. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need. Beach towels and the endless selection of Tommy Bahama chairs made packing light. We left wishing we could extend our trip. Each balcony had amazing views. Definitely enough space to spread out and find some quiet time when in a house with a lot of people.We would 100% book this house again and stay with Brian and anyone of his properties.

My whole family loved our stay in this beautiful, clean, well maintained house. We appreciated all the thoughtful amenities and Brian is a wonderful host, very focused on us enjoying our stay.

The house was perfect and Brian was as nice as could be! He was in contact with us to make sure everything was perfect…and it was! The house is in a perfect location and my family had a wonderful vacation. The house had a nice open floor plan which was so nice with a big group like ours! I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommend any of Brian’s home!!

About 60 feet to beach entrance.Level, beautiful, spacious beach.Overly spacious home.Could easily accommodate 25 persons.Host was friendly, likable, & continually available by phone or text.Spoke with us every day, one to three times each day.Helped with any & every need from immediately replacing a malfunctioning coffee pot to helping with dining recommendations.Very well-kept small pool was attended by host every other day.I don't think you can go wrong at this venue.At the moment, we intend to return next year.

What a wonderful way to spend a vacation with family. The Mansion was spectacular. Our host,Brian ,paid attention to every detail. He made it a home away from home. He was extremely helpful,communicative and attentive. The views are beautiful. The town accessible and the beach steps away. Would I stay here again - YES !

Our entire family loved our Brigantine Mediterrean Mansion vacation. Our group included my wife and I, our six children, four spouses in law, and eight grandkids from 1 to 16.We all loved the beautiful home and were thrilled with the heated pool which was a delight during the first 3 cloudy days. The pool stayed full from morning to night, guarenteeing that all the kids were exhausted for naps and nighttime. The owner, Brian, could not have been nicer or more supportive! Any emailed or texted question was quickly answered. Very responsive! In hindsight, nice touchs included the availability of beach chairs and towels, the many private rooms and nooks that let everyone wanting privacy to have it, the amazing 40 step proximity to the beach and the beautiful staircase and railing that is breath taking! A wonderful vacation with great memories at a good price.

I got my family together for us to celebrate our father’s 90th bday, most of the family flew in from out of state and we had an amazing time! Everyone was in awe of the property. It was clean and comfortable, the home looks just like the pictures online. This was my second time staying at this particular property, but I’ve also stayed at another one of Brian’s properties. He’s very thorough with the details about your stay and readily available if you need to contact him.

This Mediterranean mansion completely exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. The home is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, spotless, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. From plush towels and quality linens to a fully equipped kitchen (seriously—every utensil, dish, and gadget you could imagine!), it’s clear the owner has thought of everything.We loved having both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig, which was such a thoughtful touch. The pool was a dream—perfectly heated and maintained throughout our visit—and made it hard to ever want to leave the property. But if you do feel like venturing out, the beach is just three doors down—gorgeous, peaceful, and never crowded. And if you’re craving a little nightlife or excitement, Atlantic City is only a quick 10-minute drive away.The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and checkout process seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This home is a rare find and one we’ll absolutely be returning to. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and location—this is it.

The property is very clean and well kept and just steps away from the beach it is a great place for a family gathering.

This is our second time staying at one of Brian's properties and it was nothing short of outstanding. Our first experience two years ago was excellent in every respect and this stay was even better. Highly recommend.
