Luxury Lodge Near Lake • Hot Tub, Pools, Firepit & Games

Great stay for our annual girls trip. Plenty of room for our group of eight. Our group consisted of ladies 42 to 81 and all had their own room and bathroom except my sister and myself who shared a king size bed on the main floor. Only downside was all the stairs but we knew that before we booked. Everything was clean and nice. Only cooked a couple of meals and we found most of the things we needed. We did donate a big pan to cook lots of spaghetti in. We couldn’t get the ice maker in the kitchen to work but could be user error. The younger girls enjoyed the video games and the pool table. We didn’t use the hot tub but it did look inviting. We’ve already discussed staying again,

This property was a safety and health hazard from the beginning. The property was not ready at check-in time and their cleaning was very poor. The kitchen had dirty, sticky smudges everywhere and crumbs throughout the cabinets and on the floor and carpeting. They did not have any usable pots or pans in the kitchen. After our first night a guest had bug bites and it was later discovered as bedbugs. Do not stay at this property! We lost a full vacation day dealing with laundry, cleaning, and moving to a new property. Plus all the financial stress and anxiety this created in our family! They would not give a full refund, and seemed to try blaming the experience on us! I would not recommend this property or booking with VRBO in the future!

Roomy house, great location, plenty of parking. Loved the amenities , including pool area. The garbage from previous occupants wasn't picked up outside our unit, and had been strewn around. Very squeaky doors need oil. Coffee pots difficult to work. Need to provide at least starter packs of dish liquid and dishwasher pods, especially if you expect guests to load and start dishwasher when leaving. The nearby stores don't carry dishwasher detergent. Pool table pretty low quality and leans.

Our family (9 total) came to Branson for spring break. We were there for golfing and activities for our grandkids ages 6,4, and 2. I'm going to list my pros and cons.Pros:-check in was easy and communication with host was good-price per night was pretty reasonable for the amount of space-3 levels of bedrooms which is something I look for when we all travel together-bathrooms for each bedroom was great!-plenty of furniture for everyone to sit together (see cons)-grill available-porch swing was a bonus-hot tub (see cons)-really nice indoor pool -playground for the grandkids -pickleball courts (although we don't play)- if you want close access to the lake this is a great location-really close to Table Rock State park Cons:-furniture isn't the most comfortable and could use an upgrade, but for a few days we managed-hot tub didn't work - this was a really big disappointment because that's one of the main reasons I chose this unit- ice maker didn't work in the main kitchen but we just bought ice.-dishwasher didn't work properly and the dishes were so big that even had it worked the washer arms would have caught on the dishes (so we used paper plates most of the time)- no larger grocery store nearby so bring your main items or plan to stop on your way - most of the attractions require 15-20 minute drive, but once you're used to the windy roads it's not too bad (thank goodness for GPS)For the price this unit was ok, but not sure I would book again.

The house and complex were perfect for our family of 17 total ranging from 3 to 70+. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together for some fun activities or enjoy quiet time in their own space. We would definitely book again if available.

Our family of 19 stayed here over the weekend and the space was perfect for us? 3 couples. 2 singles and 11 children ages 9 down to twins at 6mos each!

Would definitely stay here again

We came to Branson for a weekend birthday party/family get together. This house was perfect for our family, with 7 bedrooms, two living rooms, 7 bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were only 5 minutes from the State park marina, so we were able to rent a boat for a couple hours and go tubing! Family enjoyed the hot tub, the lounging space on the deck, and the indoor and outdoor pools that were just down the lane from the house! The view was amazing! We were only 4 minutes from a gas station, 17 minutes from any main attractions in Branson. Would definitely stay here again, however, will be looking for an even bigger house after talking to more of the family as we will have a lot more come next time that missed this opportunity! We had a party of 20 and it wasn’t crammed at all, plenty of room for everyone!

The stay was great, clean and comfortable the only glitch was the jacuzzi didnt work properly...

Great accommodations for our large family. The bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. The downstairs bedrooms and game room were perfect for our teens. I took one star away because of the lack of kitchen and bathroom items. We were told there was a “starter kit” with necessities, but we didn’t have any hand soaps, shampoos, kitchen towels or dish cloths. Those items seem to me to be ‘necessities’. I think management should be more specific about what is provided. Also, the kitchen was not well stocked and was very difficult to find normal cooking supplies. One suggestion I would have is to supply unbreakable plates and bowls. The usual families that would rent this large house will have young children. There was no useful eating supplies for young children. Regardless of any of the above, we enjoyed the rental and the management was easy to work with. We would probably rent here again. ?
