Luxury Living with modern amenities - Blocks from Riverwalk/Downtown

Well maintained with good spaces, the area is growing but its in an old neighborhood.

Beautiful, spacious, great location. Fun for our kids. They loved the game room. Great area, close to a park and walking distance to Hemisfair. We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable. Bought a couole hot pads for the oven since there were none. Other than that the basics are there.

We had great communication with Nathan. The house is located close to the riverwalk. The welcome letter had great suggestions for places to eat around the area.

The home was very welcoming, clean and centrally located. We came into town for an Air Force graduation and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Not only were we able to get around the city to enjoy all the things that San Antonio had to offer, but we had the opportunity to relax in a cozy home with our Airman. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Well appointed and so convenient! Within walking distance to everything in Southtown and King William.

House was very clean and close to most things in downtown. Suggestions for food were spot on.

Our time in this historic district was relaxing and safe. We enjoyed daily runs and exploring this historic district with tons of remodeling and updating going on. Easy safe walkable distance to the Alamodome for the Final Four. Our only difficulty was the ice maker not working and annoying kitchen outlets that caused the breaker to trip. Otherwise a very nice cozy home.

Very nice, well kept property close to downtown and the Alamodome. Fireplace was cozy, game room in garage. Nothing bad about the place. Was there by myself on business and it suited my needs perfectly. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and pritty

My wife and I visited our oldest daughter who lives in the Lavaca neighborhood and were joined by our younger daughter and granddaughter. The house was convenient to downtown, Hemisphere Park and the Alamo Dome. It was a good location for touring and was very comfortable.

This is a great home that met all of our needs. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The garage game room was a total bonus. It is close to everything we needed including Trinity University, the Riverwalk, Hemisfair and Pearl. From the initial booking until our checkout, Nathan was super easy to deal with and quick to respond. Things couldn't have gone smoother.

Very nice place. I would recommend staying here. We were there for our son’s Air Force Boot Camp graduation. Very nice location to get the Base. Minutes to the base. Down fall, you had to drive to the Riverwalk . Long distance and not a good path to walk to the Riverwalk but it was only a few minutes drive.

Was a nice place to get away from base and everything was clean me and my friends loved it we didn’t even want to leave.

My family and I loved, loved, loved staying here! Great location by the Riverwalk! The house was spacious, clean, well designed, stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, pillows and extra cover. Loved everything about this house! It exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!
