Well maintained with good spaces, the area is growing but its in an old neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our family stay! The game room was something we didn't know we needed but we loved it! would definitely stay here again!

This property was great for our visit to San Antonio. We enjoyed being able to walk to the River Walk and the Alamo. It was convenient to find places to eat as well. It was spacious enough for our family.

This was the perfect stay for our graduation week! Cleanest house ever, bedrooms were stocked with fans and white noise machines and their own TV’s - making it perfect to wind down at the end of the day however you choose! We had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 adults to lounge around. If you’re looking for an ideal location that’s close to everything and a guaranteed parking spot every day, this place is it! If I need to return to San Antonio for anything in the future, this is where I plan to stay!!!

one of the pinball didn't work but overall the game was accommodating. coffee machine needed to be cleaned. but really enjoyed the stay.

All was as expected…clean house, easy walking distance to a few places, and short drive/Uber to riverwalk.

Loved being close enough to walk downtown while still having room to spread out.

Very nice place to stay. Arcade games were fun with my grown kids! Excellent location - close to everything we were doing on our trip.

The overall house was nice. Nice furniture and nice remodel. However there was so much broken or “out of order” I’m surprised most were not addressed before rented again. Most are easy fixes, or should have been stated. This was not a cheep weekend expense to see our son in the military for the weekend. Below are the concerns that need to be addressed prior to any future bookings. This was such a quick trip that we took in the time we had with the family. Non of these issues were addressed with the owner, but again should have been easy quick fixes prior to allowing bookings.

Absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend to friends gathering or families looking to make memories! The home is clean, very convenient and has the most incredible host. I let him know in advance we had a little one and needed a pack and play, it was set up ready to go along with snacks for my toddlers. Very responsive, and so much surprise and delight thought our stay. The alamo is 10 minutes away, Alamo dome is basically across the hwy, sea world 20 minutes and so many great games in the game room. We cannot wait to book again and can't thank Nate enough for making our visit feel like a second home!

Great space for our family. Had some minor pest issues but the host promptly sent an inspector out to treat the issue within 24-48hrs. Additionally, the game room was an instant win for the little ones. Had everything we needed!

Beautiful, spacious, great location. Fun for our kids. They loved the game room. Great area, close to a park and walking distance to Hemisfair. We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable. Bought a couole hot pads for the oven since there were none. Other than that the basics are there.

We had great communication with Nathan. The house is located close to the riverwalk. The welcome letter had great suggestions for places to eat around the area.

The home was very welcoming, clean and centrally located. We came into town for an Air Force graduation and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Not only were we able to get around the city to enjoy all the things that San Antonio had to offer, but we had the opportunity to relax in a cozy home with our Airman. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Well appointed and so convenient! Within walking distance to everything in Southtown and King William.

House was very clean and close to most things in downtown. Suggestions for food were spot on.

Our time in this historic district was relaxing and safe. We enjoyed daily runs and exploring this historic district with tons of remodeling and updating going on. Easy safe walkable distance to the Alamodome for the Final Four. Our only difficulty was the ice maker not working and annoying kitchen outlets that caused the breaker to trip. Otherwise a very nice cozy home.

Very nice, well kept property close to downtown and the Alamodome. Fireplace was cozy, game room in garage. Nothing bad about the place. Was there by myself on business and it suited my needs perfectly. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and pritty

My wife and I visited our oldest daughter who lives in the Lavaca neighborhood and were joined by our younger daughter and granddaughter. The house was convenient to downtown, Hemisphere Park and the Alamo Dome. It was a good location for touring and was very comfortable.

This is a great home that met all of our needs. The home itself was clean and comfortable. The garage game room was a total bonus. It is close to everything we needed including Trinity University, the Riverwalk, Hemisfair and Pearl. From the initial booking until our checkout, Nathan was super easy to deal with and quick to respond. Things couldn't have gone smoother.
