Luxury Living - Close to Disney/Beaches

So comfortable and great communication! I missed the line that said that there is only garage parking and Jess was so nice and helped me figure out the garage dimensions in relation to our car and fortunately we fit! The beds are super comfortable and the entire townhome is clean. We didn’t use the patio but it was super cute and set up with a fire pit. We did use the balcony which was also super nice with a couple of chairs and a shade for a warm day but fresh air.The property is super close to the south coast plaza in Costa Mesa if you are looking for shopping. We came down for softball and it’s only 20 minutes to great park and Harvard park in Irvine.We travel A LOT for sports and this is easily one of the best properties we have stayed in-clean, excellent communication, and well situated.I only wish we had time to try the pool!

Safe and easy check in, this place does not skimp on amenities with a stocked kitchen, bathrooms with quality towels and furnishings, and access to well maintained pool and grounds. Thank you for having us.

The property lived up to advertising! Easy access to John Wayne airport, Disneyland, and the beach. We had a scooter and stroller delivered for our stay, and the delivery company had some timing issues, but Chuck and Jenn were super helpful when we had to leave before the pickup of the equipment. I would highly recommend this condo!!

This property is great! The neighbors were extremely quiet and clean. I absolutely loved the pillows in the master bedroom ?

What a beautiful home! We came with our grandson and family to Disneyland and this was the perfect place to stay. Chuck and Jenn have given attention to every big and little detail. First, it’s beautifully decorated and has such a pleasant, inviting vibe; we immediately felt at home. All fixtures and appliances are new and work well. The kitchen is well supplied and can easily accommodate a full meal prep. The bedrooms are cozy and we all slept well. Everyone raved about the rain shower heads in the bathrooms and said it was a “game changer”. Our grandson was enamored with the hi-tech bathroom mirrors. As for the little details: robes in the primary bedroom, a small weight set, an office printer, bottled water for the coffee maker (SoCal water - IYKYK), blackout curtains in bedrooms, a small, furnished patio off the primary bedroom and a larger one off the living room. Something to be aware of: this house has steps and stairs to the main level and also bedrooms. We did not find it to be a problem and even liked the sense of space it gave a small home but it may not work for those who can’t do stairs easily. Working with Chuck and Jenn was such a pleasant experience; they are easy to work with, quick to respond to any questions and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

My family and I went to California last weekend to visit some relatives in the surrounding area and boy did we enjoy our stay at this property! It was multi level townhome close to many shops and nearby cities/beaches, very modern, clean and smart device ready. It had all the necessities available, including a high chair and pack and play for my youngest daughter (age 7 months). The owners were very responsive and hosted a well put together vacation style home, and that kitchen! ? A chef like myself enjoys utilizing cool spaces like this and made for a wonderful stay for our short venture! Had some of the best sleep I've had in a while! We will likely be a repeat booking for our next trip out next year! Thanks again for your hospitality!
