Luxury Lemon Bay 4 BR villa with pool

This was our second time at this property. Property is clean and well equipped. Would be nice if there was an outdoor light by the front door. Other than that its a great place to stay. Perfect lication!

Aside from the fact that there is only 1 outside light on the entire property the house is nice to stay in for a larger group of people. The host lives close by so if you have any issues it’s easy to reach her. Nice host!

Beautiful house and beautiful location. The house and pool were perfect for our stay. The beach is only a 12 minute walk and handy for anywhere on gulf coast beaches that you may want to visit. We stayed with our son , daughter in law and 3 year old grandson and everything was perfect - thank you

This property/house is in major need of cosmetic updates. The pool was not cleaned until the last day of our stay and after arriving on day 1, we had to specifically ask for it to be cleaned; the water was green so the pool was not usable until the second day. There are numerous light switches so it was difficult to understand which switch controlled which light. Adding to the lights, the outside is extremely poorly lit. The only lockable door with access from the outside is extremely difficult to unlock, often requiring a few minutes of “jiggling” the key. There were ants in the kitchen on the stove, and several places where the floor pieces were coming apart. Altogether, extremely disappointed with the quality of the house given the price that it came with.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived. Good, quiet neighborhood location but still close enough to the beaches and town. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking! It was more than enough room to accompany our crew of 7. We will definitely book this stay again!

A July 4th celebration with adult children coming and going made this week of vacation super special. Being within walking distance of Manasota Beach was terrific…especially with all of the holiday traffic! No worries about finding a place to park when you can just walk to the beach! We loved the pool and the large screened porch with sufficient seating for all. Hope to rent again!

Over all this place was awesome for 5 adults and two kids. Short drive to many different beaches. Clean and communication was very quick. Down fall was the pool was off limits at ten which we knew and understood due to it being a quite neighbor hood, until we got there and the two houses next to us and one behind us was splashing and yelling in their pools until 3AM. (could just be they did not follow the rules) I would recommend a couple of things, like putting lights around the outside patio/pool area just to light it up a bit so no one accidentally slips in the pool. I would also recommend changing the weather seal at the bottom of the main door for it is almost completely gone and allowed bugs of many different types to come in. Over all we had a great time when we were there and would highly recommend this house.

The best property we’ve stayed at. Not only clean, well organized, tastefully furnished, fully stuffed with quality kitchenware, but proximity to the beach makes it a truly unique and wonderful place.
