Luxury Lakefront Townhome with Year Round Hot Springs Heated Pool

Great property!! Great host!! Loved the location facing the lake and you can hear the waves bracing the beach from the master bedroom.. the community heated pool and pickleball court are fantastic!! The host was very responsive to every question.. I definitely recommend this property..!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the location with the beautiful view of the lake, the heated pool, pickle ball courts, BBQ, kitchen was well equipped, and it was a very comfortable townhome. We stayed the week with our son, daughter-in law and two grandkids. Great family time.

Every aspect of the property met or surpassed expectations! Amazing location and views! The pool at the complex was wonderful and a bonus!

This was the perfect place for our small family reunion- great views of the lake, walkable to Kings Beach and town, and a really delightful pool that is right on the lake shore (so you can go back and forth between the two). Would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Brockway Springs Resort. A couple of issues with the water heater as we had to keep resetting it. Otherwise the shower was cold. The drawer for the garbage is almost breaking so someone needs to look at it. The water pressure everywhere was very poor. We did enjoy the location and the property.

Wonderful location right on the lake. The views were amazing and it was very quiet and peaceful most of the time. The house was comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. We did see a bear walk by on the sidewalk behind the porch!

Property was amazing. Beautiful lake views with outdoor dining. Whole unit well maintained. Family loved the hot springs pool. Owner very accommodating.

We had a great time, the view was spectacular.

This is the first time at this property and we are are already planning our return visit next year. The property is beautiful and right on the lake. The unit was fully stocked, and I mean fully stocked. The accommodations were beautiful and well taken care of. The owner was very responsive and friendly. There is something to waking up on Lake Tahoe, and this was certainly to stop to do it.

Just a fantastic location for our family to spend a week together. Beautiful lake view, easy access to unload and load your stuff, and a great pool when you are not in the mood to go to the beach. This is our second stay here and we hope to come back soon.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient. The house was great for my family which consisted of four adult couples.

We had a family of 8 stay in the Condo for the weekend. The 4 bedrooms and three baths were perfect for a group of 8. The Condo sits lakefront and the views were perfect. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. The location was great with shops/eateries within walking distance. We would love to come back soon!
