Spend the morning with coffee beneath the expansive tiki hut, cool off in the pool with massage jets, launch a fishing paddleboard from your private dock, cast a line from the waterfront, work out in your private gym, or simply settle into a lounger or hammock and enjoy being bythe water.

Bringing a boat Lake Bass Retreat offers private waterfront access with a fixed dock, floating drive-on dock and a 7,500-lb boat lift available with prior host approval.

Inside, four comfortable bedrooms, generous living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen and a spa-inspired primary suite give your group plenty of room to relax and reconnect.

YOUR PRIVATE WATERFRONT BACKYARD
The backyard is the heart of Lake Bass Retreat. The pool features massage jets and is surrounded by six loungers for relaxing in the Florida sun. From January through March, the pool is heated to 85°F. During the remainder of the year, the pool heater is off.

Just steps away, the expansive thatched tiki hut creates a true outdoor living room with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table, TV, sink and lighting. Grill dinner, eat outside, watch the game, relax with a drink or spend an unhurried evening by the water. A hammock provides another quiet spot to unwind between the pool and lake.

EXPERIENCE THE WATER
This isn’t waterfront you simply look at—it’s waterfront you can actually enjoy. The backyard provides direct access to Lake Bass, part of the Lake Osborne freshwater system.
Two fishing paddleboards and life jackets are provided for exploring the water. Fishing rods, a stocked tackle box and a live-bait bucket with bubbler are also available for guests who want to fish from the dock or get out on the lake.

The waterfront setup includes:

Guests are welcome to bring permitted boats and personal watercraft. Use of the boat lift requires prior written host approval and operating instructions. A public boat launch is conveniently located nearby at John Prince Park.

A PRIMARY SUITE MADE FOR UNWINDING
At the end of the day, retreat to the spacious primary suite featuring a California king memory-foam bed and direct access to the pool and tiki area. The spa-inspired ensuite makes the suite especially memorable. Relax in the jetted soaking tub or enjoy the steam shower with dual shower heads and six body jets. The suite also includes dual vanities, a private toilet room and two walk-in closets.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE
Lake Bass Retreat accommodates up to 8 registered guests across four bedrooms:
• Primary bedroom: California king memory-foam bed, ensuite spa bathroom and direct backyard access
• King bedroom: King memory-foam mattress and generous closet space
• Queen bedroom: Queen memory-foam mattress and dedicated workspace
• Twin bedroom: Twin bed with trundle, two memory-foam mattresses, large built-in desk and backyard access
A second full bathroom serves the additional bedrooms.

RELAX, COOK & RECONNECT
The oversized family room is designed for nights when everyone wants to stay in, with plush reclining seating, surround sound and a Smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to family dinners, and the dedicated laundry room makes longer stays easy.
High-speed Wi-Fi and dedicated workspaces provide flexibility for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

YOUR OWN PRIVATE FITNESS SPACE
You don’t have to give up your workout while you’re away. The private fitness space goes well beyond the basic equipment found in many vacation rentals and includes:

Please note that the property has direct access to both the swimming pool and freshwater lake, with no separate safety fence or gate between the backyard, pool and waterfront. Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult around all water areas.

DOG-FRIENDLY
Up to 2 dogs are welcome with the applicable pet fee. Because of allergies, we cannot accommodate cats.
Dogs must be crated when left unattended and are not permitted in the pool or on beds. Please review the complete pet rules before booking.

EV CHARGING, SOLAR POWER & BATTERY BACKUP
Driving a Tesla A Tesla EV charger is available at the property. An adapter for non-Tesla vehicles is not provided.
The home also features solar power with Tesla Powerwall battery backup, providing added resilience if utility power is interrupted. Available backup duration depends on stored power and household consumption, and internet service remains dependent on the service provider.

LOCATION
Lake Bass Retreat gives you a waterfront home base while keeping you convenient to the rest of Palm Beach County.

Nearby John Prince Park provides additional opportunities for boating and outdoor recreation, while beaches, restaurants, shopping and other South Florida attractions are within driving distance.

Whether your plans involve days on the water, beach outings, exploring Palm Beach County or simply staying home and enjoying the pool and tiki hut, you can choose how active—or how relaxed—you want your stay to be.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
Lake Bass Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we want our home to be a good fit for both our guests and our neighbors.

Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests. Parties, events and disruptive gatherings are not permitted, and additional visitors require prior host approval. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.

The property accommodates up to 6 vehicles in designated parking areas. Street, lawn and front-yard parking are not permitted.

The home uses a septic system, so guests must follow septic-safe practices.

The property has disclosed exterior security cameras and a video doorbell for security and safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
