This house is fantastic. Amazing pool, comfortable rooms and great location. Angel was so kind and easy to work with. If you’re renting in Austin I highly recommended this location!

The house was great! Christina was extremely responsive. We rented a boat and bus as well through Austin boat tours and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The property owner, Angel, was very communicative and a great person. However, the house is completely falling apart. From freezers not working, screen doors on floor, having to stick hands in toilet to flush, major cracks in wall, exposed wiring, unsturdy rocks around pool, stained mattresses, build up around drain in showers, electric plug issues, lights not working, doors completely falling apart, dishwashers flooded/clogged, and so much more. The property in theory is great- but is a major issue when you stay. You should not have to deal with these issues as guests during your stay, at all. Disappointed to say the least

I can not speak highly enough of this property. 19 girls easily slept here, with plenty of space and ammendities for all of us. But more importantly Angel went above and beyond to make our stay PERFECT. Including: getting our groceries, arranging transportation for 5 am flights, collecting packages, food/restaurants suggestions and more. She was amazing and her generosity and responsiveness alone are worth the stay!!!

Came down for a bachelor party with 19 guys total. Place was amazing. Somehow the pictures don’t do the property justice. The property has a great view of the lake, the pool is gorgeous and it was walking distance to the party boats. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and you could not hear any noise from other parts of the house. Would 100% recommend!

Great spot right on the water (if the water is high) with awesome backyard, pool, grill, and plenty of space for outdoor activity. Very unique architecture but great for being together in a few areas. Great hosts!

The property was directly next to the marina that the company rents boats out of, and also provided a bus to take the group into Austin for a day. Overall, wonderful experience.

My husband and I booked the house for our wedding weekend and had both our families staying at the house. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our families with kids ranging from 5 months to 8 years old. There was a crib which was so convenient for my infant nephew. Angel was very response with questions when we arrived at the house. The house was very clean and was perfect size for us because every family got their own room and never felt crowded.

I can't say enough about how beautiful the location and outdoor space is. The house has so much potential!! Unfortunately, the house needs a lot of work. The list is long of items that need attention. Cleanliness is my number one complaint. I do not think the windows have ever been washed and the floor was sticky. There were cobwebs EVERYWHERE, even low where a cleaning service should be able to reach. Both refrigerators were still full of food and had not been wiped out. The sheets did not appear to be clean and so my MIL stripped all beds and washed them herself. I also killed three LARGE cockroaches in my master bedroom. The pool had significant algae on the sides, the waterfall didn't work and had poison ivy growing down it. The outdoor lawn furniture needs to be replaced. All of the cushions are ripped and in bad shape. As far as non-working items on the property.... 1. No working ice maker on property 2. Bar fridge barely cools 3. No outside landscape lights work 4. Lights on the outdoor basketball court don't work 5. Living room couch is old and coming apart. 6. Some outlets on property don't work For the amount of money they are charging, it is very disappointing. The decor alone needs to be updated. The entire weekend, we all kept saying that they need to take better pride in their property...it has so much potential. We will not rent this property again.
