Great overall

The home was fantastic—well-equipped with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The private lake access and sand play area were wonderful for the kids, while the spacious bedrooms and large living area made it ideal for hosting a big family gathering.

My family and I just had a family reunion here for a week and everything was fantastic. The house and especially the kitchen is very well stocked, clean and organized. The owner is incredibly responsive, helpful and checked in on us throughout our stay. He even ordered us a coffee grinder when I reached out to ask if the home had one. So above and beyond!! I 100% recommend renting this home and would definitely rent here again. Thank you again for an amazing stay!!

We had a great time at Gold Cove! The house had everything we needed, including gas on site! Kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, tools, gadgets and small appliances - even had a Ninja blender! The water was quite warm - spa like - on the private side, public side was a bit nicer temp. The only downside was a boat rental and not being able to have it at the dock at the house, but we made do and kept it at the marina which was 5 min away. Adam was always checking in via text to make sure all was good and we didn't need anything else. We played pickleball, volleyball and a little soccer and indoor was a pool table, ping pong and air hockey that the kids loved. Definitely a place to return to :-)

We spent a week with 23 people (13 kids and 10 adults). The house is beautiful and accommodated our large group easily. Adam was a great host; he responded to our texts quickly and was available throughout the week to answer questions. The only downside was the temperature of the lake was very warm, which affected the amount of time we swam.

The house was everything and more in its description. Great place for a large family vacation. There were 12 of us and all had plenty of space. Beautiful home, spacious, and comfortable.The week was extremely hot and unfortunately the lake water was close to 90 degrees. Not quite as refreshing as you might expect.Fishing was fun right off the dock with sunnies, catfish and bass caught every day.Over all a great place for vacationing.

This is our familys 2nd visit to Gold Cove. The house fits our family perfectly. Space for the teens and room for all the littles! Property is beautiful. Owner very attentive and helpful. Everything we need in the kitchen.... We love it here!

We had 19 family members ranging in age from 5 to 85. There was plenty of space that everyone enjoyed themselves without being on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare our Thanksgiving Feast. The pickleball court and firepit were fully enjoyed, and my niece even decided to paddleboard- in November- she couldn't resist the calm of the lake and the ease of the dock. My kids loved sitting on the beach and playing. Puzzles were built, games were played, and my college nephew was even able to hole up in the office and work on his projects for school without missing out. Truly the perfect space for extended family time. Adam was the perfect host, reaching out several times to check in and make sure we were doing well. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to come again!

Our stay at Gold Cove was excellent. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. Plenty of space and lots of options for activities. The kitchen was well stocked and having two refridgetors and two dishwashers was quite useful when planning meals for a llarge grip

The house was great! The listing is accurate to everything they have to offer! Plenty of room for all 20 of us and great activities for the kids! The house is beautiful and well stocked! And Adam was great at communicating with us the whole week!

What a fantastic week we’ve had at the Gold Cove. This vacation home has been absolutely an awesome experience. Not only was the house beautiful and accommodating, but the location was spectacular. The owner was more than helpful in every way possible. I highly recommend vacationing here.
