This home exceeded our expectations in every way. Communication was excellent, with simple and thorough check-in and check-out instructions. The open floor plan and large kitchen were perfect for hosting our family, and the theater and game rooms gave us great options to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt completely private. We loved our stay so much that we’re already planning to make this an annual trip and we’d love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed everything about the home, the rooms, the view, the lake. It’s one of the nicest, most comfortable places we have stayed. Recommend it highly.

The house was as described in the VRBO ad.Brad , the owner, responded immediately to my message a day after we checked outMy granddaughter left behind a beloved teddy bear.Brad, gave me access to his house and I was able to search for the bear.Alas I did not find the bear but I so appreciated the quick response from the owner.Thank you our family had a great stay.

The property was far in the mountains with awesome views approaching and on the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. And the view of the lake was incredible. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our cooking and personal needs. The beds were the best I ever slept on, including my bed at home. I had to call the host a couple of times, but he was very accommodating and willingly adhered to the issues. There were very minor things such as the breaker click off in the kitchen and the battery went out on the smart touch faucet. But all was rectified immediately. I and my guest truly enjoyed our stay!! Many games and entertainment just as advertised in the listing. Beautiful property from the front door to the back yard. Just wished there would have been more seating for the patio on the lower deck for us all to sit and enjoy the beautiful backyard views. I definitely want to stay here again very soon! Very nice, large and clean.

This house sits on the lake with a beach with trees for shade. We had 2 boats and 21 people in our house! The boats ran in front of the beach while the rest sat on beach or in water. What a great family vacation!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, this beautiful home was just simply wow! The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing, and the host was incredibly gracious, even providing special touches like branded toiletries, and candy and popcorn for movie nights in the home theater. It rained for much of the week our family was in Eureka Springs but no one complained, as the house was so cozy we were quite content just doing puzzles and playing games found in the downstairs closet. Thank you again for sharing your phenomenal home with our family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home near Eureka Springs! The location right on the water made for the most stunning views from the deck—especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook for our group, which made our stay feel easy and homey. The spacious bedrooms gave everyone room to relax, and the movie theater and game room were such a hit! The great room was perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and spending time together. This place truly had it all, and we will definitely be back!

Our family and some friends all stayed for a trip as we got married at the Thorncrown chapel. The stay was perfect! They were very quick to answer any questions, extremely kind, the property was exactly as listed, and the cabin was absolutely picture perfect. 10/10 would stay there again! It was the perfect space for everyone to enjoy and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful location.

House was amazing! Family had a blast enjoying time playing games and doing family movie night with the kids. Movie theater was the best part of this house for the kids. Definitely recommended for families with kids!

I had a surprise weekend planned for my wife’s 50th birthday and we had a total of nine of us staying at the house. This house not only accommodated us but kept us entertained between the pool table, ping pong and movie room! The rooms are spacious and plenty of bathrooms! The home is wonderful and the owner, Brad, is so responsive and truly cared we had everything we need to have an enjoyable stay! The view is beautiful and it even snowed the last night we were there which made the stay even more magical. We loved this home and so did all our friends and we’d highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to have a top notch home to enjoy with family or friends or both!

Our multigenerational family loved our stay in the Ozarks. The host was attentive and communicative. The property was as-advertised. Beautiful, clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. There was plenty of room for all 17 of us (10 adults and seven kids) to share common space, spread out when we needed to, and retreat to get some alone time. The house and grounds were lovely. The short walk to the park was wonderful for the kids. We enjoyed the slide and skipping stones in the water. 5 stars. 10/10. Would stay again!

Our family birthday weekend was excellent at this property. highly recommend - it is clean and very roomy. The living room area great for gathering and family fun. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen is roomy.

This is the best house we have rented for our family, It answered all of our needs for a big family. Stayed there twice and will again.

This property had everything we wanted. The rooms were comfortable for our large family and grandkids. Access to the lake was superb. We swam, boated, golfed, mountain-biked, visited Eureka Springs, and chilled out on the balcony, in the movie theatre, and and in the game room. Two of my daughters are in wheelchairs, and the house was accomodating. It was perfect for our family. The owner was easy to work with.

House was as described in other reviews. Plenty of room for our group of 20. Swam in the lake, community pool, cave tour, silver dollar city, and rented a pontoon with a slide from the local marina. (Highly recommended but book boat in advance… it was only available 1 day of our stay when we called a week before.) Silver Dollar City (about 1 hour away) also highly recommended. Roads nearby are a bit challenging, so try to arrive in daylight. Bring folding chairs to sit by the lake. Bring water shoes. No pier, so if bringing a boat, get a slip at the nearby marina. Several grandkids reviewed the trip as “best vacation ever”.
