Luxury Lake View Villa with Pool, Spa, Sleeps 14, Boat parking

We had a great time at this VRBO and will very likely rent it again the next time we are in Havasu. There was plenty of parking on the driveway for a large SUV and boat as well as off street parking in front of the house. There is access to a very large 3-4 car garage as well. The landscaping is simple and well cared for in the front. The home is divided into 2 wings; one with 2 bedrooms and the other with the primary bedroom, a queen bed bedroom and the kid room with 2 bunch beds. The primary bedroom is huge and has a very large bathroom with double shower, jetted tub and double vanity. Between the 2 wings is the large kitchen with lots of storage space in the pantry and cabinets. We used the microwave, stove and dishwasher and all worked perfectly. The backyard is really what makes this VRBO shine tho. There's a medium size pool with a ramp entry for small kids or those with disabilities, an in-pool table with seating a sun umbrella, a large hot tub and and seating area that is covered by a gazibo structure. The views are incredible and the sunset is memorable. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. Really the only negative was that it is located fairly far up the hill from the main street and lake, but that's barely mentionable. Overall, it was a fantastic VRBO! Clean, well appointed, in good shape, lots of room (did I mention the game room? Billiards, poker table, table shuffleboard and darts), amazing views, great pool and seating areas. Definitely back soon!

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this property. Beautiful home! Lots of fun activities to do. The view from the backyard is beautiful. We can’t wait to go back again.a

There were plenty of beds & rooms. The kids & adults really enjoyed the billiardRoom, shuffle board table, darts & poker table. Not to mention the amazing pool & cornhole game that the adults played. The kitchen was large & had all of the pots & pans we needed to use. The bbq worked well & had plenty of propane. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! We would rent again in the future!

This home is very spacious and very clean upon arrival. We stayed during Desert Storm weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. There is plenty of parking and plenty of room for all of us that stayed in the house. No one felt crowded in this home and it felt like being at home. There was plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our large party of 13. The pool, hot tub, and mini golf in the back yard was really fun to be able to enjoy something for all of us. I am saving this house for future reservations and can’t wait to be back.

We had a vacation at the house for 7 senior citizens. It works for wheelchairs, walkers and canes. The house had lots of comfortable seating places, in both indoor and outdoor areas. Kitchen was well appointed. Beautiful views of Lake Havasu were enjoyed by all. Bedrooms were comfortable and living areas were clean and a perfect for us to be together.Karim was a great host, and we enjoyed our stay. I think young and old will enjoy this home!!

Place was great for our 3 families. Everything worked as stated in description. Plenty of parking for our boats and trucks. Great memories made in March 26’ Thank you!!

The home was wonderful on the inside, minus the loose door knobs, table chairs, blood on bedroom sheets, as well as leaking kitchen sink. Did i say the pool was dirty, you needed a tetnus shot just to get in the pool. The furniture and concrete were broken around the pool area as well as the waterfall was cracked in the back.to And the outside was horrible, Broken down patio furniture, kids could not play there golf clubs were rusty... overall I wouldn't stay in this home, the cartell member that showed up posing as the maintenance guy was suspect as well.

Perfect house for a large family vacation. Everything you need to enjoy the house. Beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, large kitchen, pool table, darts, poker table, 5 nice size bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, clean and well kept. We have rented this house twice and plan to rent it again.

It was a great time for family memories

The lake view from this house is amazing (true to posting!!). The layout is very nice for groups with two separate wings of the house. We ran into a few minor issues that the hosts quickly responded to. Kitchen was filled with many appliances, utensils, bowls, etc which is so nice when cooking on-site.Pool/Spa heat worked very well which you don't always get. Would highly recommend this rental!!

We reserved this place because of hot tub, paid extra for it……didn’t work. The ceiling fans/lights did’ t work either. Just a bunch of little annoyances, House is Great, large rooms, beds were comfortable, nice to have extra refrigerators, views were awesome. We really had a Great Time

Beautiful home, loved the two separate hallways with the kitchen in the middle. Had a couple of house cleaning issues the 1st night, there are some repairs that need to be done, but the host was very easy to communicate with. More instructions on what light switch does was would be helpful. We gad a great stay.
