Excellent! Everything was perfect, beautiful home! Fished a little, went to the beach a few times and ate a lot of seafood. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room, never felt crowded

The home is fully stocked with everything you need. The beach access is relatively close if you have a golf cart. If you like to fish, the dock and lake are conveniently located by the home.

This vacation home is beautiful, roomy and was the perfect setting to celebrate family birthdays. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had plenty of space to move around and relax. It was a blessed time for all. The Royal Destinations team was very easy to work with and took care of all the details.

The house was beautiful the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is larger than the pictures look. The whole downstairs living area is a lot larger than the area looks on the pictures. The amenities at the house were fantastic. The house was clean, and with a additional rental of a golf cart. You can be at the beach in just a couple of minutes staying on Eastern lake was very convenient and fun and did have some very beautiful sunsets. I would recommend this house to anyone who needs space but needs to stay together as a family. P. S. The wash machine and dryer were wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brown Eyed Girl was perfect for my large group. Tons of space, easy access to the beach via boat or bike, lake side fishing, and a pool. The neighbors on the lake are great and invited us to be in the 4th of July boat parade! Biggest downfall was parking. There is no extra parking nearby and there are only 4 spots in the driveway. We couldn't have any local friends/family come visit during the day because of no parking which kind of sucked.

Couldn’t be better!……unless a little earlier check in. 4 o’clock would be much better than 5 o’clock when checking I with kids. Bir really a beautiful, clean home!
