First off the day I was supposed to check in I messaged Carlos multiple times in which he never replied so I had to call him! He then stated he had no reservations he had to check with co host and would call me back! He never called back next thing I know I received notification for cancel and then refund!!!! I was in another state with a party of 10 and check in was at 4 and we were cancelled after 6pm! When I called him back he basically stated what was he supposed to do someone else was in residence and he would do absolutely nothing! It was horrible to be treated this way and then panicking to have to find accommodations for 10 ppl! Not to mention I made the booking in December and received all the information to get to home address and all! What if I would have arrived there and people already in the residence! This was a nightmare!
