Luxury lake house with must see view year round

The overlook was PERFECT for our family’s holiday gathering. It’s clean, cozy, comfortable, very nicely decorated. The view is awesome. Melissa is an excellent host, she made sure everything was just right for us. Our family had the best visit!

This stay was exactly what our family needed to relax and reconnect. It was especially meaningful for us, as this was our first family holiday after losing the matriarch of our family. The space provided a peaceful, comfortable setting where we could slow down, spend quality time together, and create new memories. We were in town for 2 nights with friends and family for Centre College homecoming. The house was large enough to comfortably fit 8 adults and 5 kids. The views are amazing, and the house was very well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

My family stayed here for my son's wedding. They raved about the beautiful view and the property.

The views from the deck were beautiful. Nice sunsets in the evenings. The house was well stocked with a coffee bar, and all the kitchen things you will need. There are games in the garage. It was as advertised.

The house was amazing - clean, plenty of amenities, beautiful view! Plenty of room for 12 teens and adults. Melissa is a great host, easy communication, and she gave relevant recommendations. We rented 2 pontoons and had a fun day on the lake. Location was perfect for our days in Lexington, Richmond, and Berea.

The home is amazing. We booked it for a relaxing weekend getaway and could not have asked for a better place. The views into the living room every day and from the hot tub are gorgeous.

Your home had everything we needed to enjoy a siblings and spouses bourbon country getaway weekend. Beautiful location on the river, enjoyed grilling and sitting around the firepit as well as games and Saturday night football inside on the large TV when it rained. Comfy beds and pillows, too! Thanks Melissa, for the great hospitality.

Clean, roomy and off the beaten path. Beautiful property and pristine house. It was a perfect place to relax after a long day of distillery tours and scenic driving. Great host as well!

Gorgeous relaxing view in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and modern, with wonderful fire pit and hot tub. Well-stocked kitchen.

Perfect place for us. We had 3 couples and one senior citizen. All of the beds were very comfortable. The house was decorated very nicely. The host was very responsive. We how to stay again in the future.
