Check in was super easy and the kitchen was VERY well equipped, everything we needed was in there!

We had a great time at Rick's house. Plenty of space and lots of things to do. We're hoping to come back soon.

We had an amazing family vacation with 16 of us coming together from four states. The house was perfect—spacious, clean, and beautifully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the pool, game room, decks with lake views, and the incredibly well-stocked kitchens. It made meal time easy. Renting the pontoon boat was a huge hit for all ages! Don’t miss out, rent the boat to really appreciate the lake. The location was also ideal—close to shopping and Charlotte attractions. Rick was a great host and made everything seamless. This property and the amenities it offers, is definitely worthy of a 5 star review. Truly our best family vacation yet—we can’t wait to return in the future.

We had a great time at our family reunion/birthday celebration. The space was well equipped in the kitchen, and had plenty of space for sleeping.

We rented Rick’s beautiful lake house for our family who traveled in from 5 states to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. It was so great to all be together. This house offered great casual visiting spaces and many great amenities that entertained the varied interests and ages. Very comfortable for our large group. Great to have 2 fully stocked kitchens and 3 refrigerators. For a large group you won’t find anything nicer or better.

Great family gathering place.

The house fit our beeds nicely. We were having a retreat for 7 of ouf international leaders along with 3 home office staff. House allowed for 8 guests to eah have their own bedroom, but had to share bathrooms. Our group cooked all of our meals at the house. There were lots of pans, bowels, dishes etc to accomodate this. Need to add some wine glasses to your collection that are not plastic. A couple of housekeeping suggestions. The dishwasher door needs to be repaired as it drops when opened and is a heavy drop that can easily hurt someone. Not sure when the last group was there but the kitchen could use a deep cleaning of the drawers and cabinets as well as the oven.

This home gave a group of 16 plenty or room to spread out and also come together. We made lifelong memories. The home is beautiful and neighborhood perfect for long walks.

The property was fantastic. When we arrived, lots of cobwebs we had to clear, but otherwise as advertised. It was awesome!

The property was clean and nicely organized for our stay. The owners replied quickly to our questions. We added heated pool to our stay which everyone loved. Enjoyed hosting family dinner on the porch with extra table and chairs. Nice spot with easy access to Charlotte. Our suggestion is to go through the 3rd floor playroom and group items together ( some are mismatched etc).An example label box for doll house play toys or put cars together for the race track. Adding a few toys for preschoolers would be nice.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED ...SO MUCH TO DO ...2 KITCHENS WHICH WAS GREAT .. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE THE HOST WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY RESPONSIVE

We had such a great time. There is so much to do in the house and outside with the pool and the boat. The host were so accommodating and responded if needed within minutes. So much room and space, just a wonderful house if you want go relax and have fun..

Property had everything, never a dull moment.

This property had everything we needed for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 adults and 5 children. There were 2 very well-stocked kitchens, a well-stocked play room, and separate living areas on each level of the home, so we could spread out or be together. The large pool and hot tub were a great addition to the outdoors. There was also a large yard for the kids to run and play. On our one rainy day, it was great to have the pool table, ping-pong table and arcade games to keep the kids entertained in the garage. This is our 5th year at Lake Wylie, and this was definitely our favorite home! Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts!

It definitely met and exceeded our expectations. Best family reunion ever. The property offers swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing.

Beautiful home and great location. Host Rick was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Our 4 generation family travelled from 4 different locations to meet and we had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, lake, hot tub and all the amenities provided. House was very clean and spacious. Will definitely be staying there again.

Great pool, plenty of room for our whole group. Lots of fun things to do for kids. Rick was great to work with, he answered any questions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this place for a large family vacation.

Our family group of 17 stayed at the Amazing Lake House last week. It was truly AMAZING! Let's start with the neighborhood - very nice and inviting. The house sits right on the lake and has a huge salt water swimming pool that looks out onto the lake. Plenty of room on the surrounding patio for sunbathing. There's a hot tub, plenty of pool toys, a lower level kitchen and a beer fridge in the garage - a perfect set-up for outdoor partying. The house is very spacious - plenty of room to gather or chill out in a quiet space. There are two large verandas overlooking the pool and lake (sunsets were great!). We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed trips out on the lake. There's a nature preserve less than a mile from the house - perfect for a morning hike. Plenty of restaurants, food stores and shopping near the house as well. Finally, our interactions with Rick, the owner, were great - he's very responsive and looks to provide his renters with every possible amenity. Everyone in the family agreed that we need to return next year - I guess that says it all!

This house is loaded with everything one could possibly ask for. Plenty of room for a large group. Very well located on the lake. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated throughout.
