Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this property after a stay several years ago. The location is excellent in the heart of Pass-A-Grille and a half block from the beach. Neighborhood is quiet and having a pool is a huge plus. Must go outside to a separate room to do laundy but good to have a washer / dryer. Plenty of room for our family. However, in a long term stay, I will there were better choices of furniture. Sunk in the couch and chairs didn't have a high back. Being there for a month, there was no great place to use my laptop and work. The furnishings look beachy but aren't always the most functional, especially staying long term. While they provide beach items and a cart, you can tell the weather has taken a toll on them and many items like the umbrellas need to be replaced as they are broken / rusted. The kitchen was great but cooking tools / pots & pans, etc not well organized (and found several dirty items in the oven).

Stayed May 24, 2024Beautiful old school beach house with all the modern upgrades. Great location. Quiet area yet very walkable to the center of town. Will definitely try to stay here again when we visit our son in Tampa.

Beds were very comfortable and pool was perfect. Wrap around porch was wonderful for early morning coffee and evening relaxing. Beautiful kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. Brandon and his team (Vivian) were so quick to respond to a few requests we had upon arrival. Hope to come back and enjoy again!

Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this property a couple times now and am sure to go there again ! Been dealing with Tech Travel since 2017 . By far the best travel company on the Gulf of Mexico. They are on there game 7 days a week . This particular Beach House is probably best rental in Pass A Grill . Worth every penny!
