This is a multi-unit property. The owner resides in a separate, fully private unit located at the rear of the property. There are no shared interior spaces.



Policy Enforcement

Failure to follow house rules — including unregistered guests, smoking, or excessive noise — will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. If necessary, local authorities may be contacted to ensure compliance and removal from the property.
