Stayed Feb 24, 2025The stay was nice and clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. I liked the place and balcony. The location was easy to get to and the owner was helpful when I had trouble entering the space. It was interesting to hear lions roaring from the zoo across the park while eating dinner on the balcony.

Stayed Nov 16, 2024This apt was perfectly located for dealing with family in both Rapides and Cabrini hospital. The property is super cute, recently redone by the looks of it. Well equipped and stocked, comfortable and conveniently located. Owners were easy to get ahold of. Shower has crazy good water pressure. Only downside was the only bathroom is on second floor, and there isn’t really a sofa/living room. But not at all a dealbreaker and for the price and area, can’t beat it ! Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 19, 2024The place had everything needed and located in a great neighborhood, next to the park. We'll definitely stay again when back in the area. A few things to know when renting. The 1 Shower/bathroom is upstairs through the bedroom with the foldout day bed. We didn't mind that part but may be a challenge for anyone that struggles with steps. We had a perfect stay and you can tell all the work that was done to the place. Beautiful!!!
