LUXURY HOUSE WITH PRIVATE BEACH

The house was nice and had wonderful views right on the beach. The outside patio and fact you could walk right onto the beach was ideal. The house is a bit outdated and could use an upgrade to kitchen and some of the rooms. The pics of house and listing details do not accurately depict how it is really laid out. The living area and bedroom in the front were very warm. The sliding glass door in living room to patio would not close the whole way which could be the issue for it not getting cool. The traffic and street noise is very loud especially in the front bedrooms at night. You can walk to Bahamar which was nice but not much else is within walking distance. It would have been nice if owner supplied more of the nespresso pods without charging us. Also the grill was not working. They did come to fix it but was a bit frustrating. Overall house is nice and views beautiful!

We enjoyed our 5 days at this home. Great parts of the home includes how beautiful and spacious the house was, the attentiveness of the managers on-site (thank you, Marilyn and Fanny!!), the beautiful waters right off the back porch, the ability to walk to the Goldwynn Resort and the Baha Mar, all the toys available to us, and the suggested Chef Wendy who we used several times (for a fee). A few notes for the discerning: home is right on a very busy and noisy street so, especially when at the pool, the traffic is loud; pool only gets a few hours of sun each day; home is beautiful but older so electrical outlets aren't plentiful and conveniently located; the beds don't match the website--there's only one room with bunks, all others are king or queens so not sure how home sleeps 18 ppl; for some reason, we were charged an extra guest fee of 600 even though we only had 8 ppl; there was an upcharge for having the pool heated (which we chose to pay) or if we set the AC higher than 73 degrees in the home (we did not touch the AC). Once again, the home itself is beautiful!

Our group of 12 stayed here from Jan 2-6. What an amazing break from the real world. I gave this all 5 stars except for accuracy of the listing. The pictures do not depict how well-appointed, large and spacious this home is. The location is really perfect and we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. Fanny and Marilyn were available and super friendly. The kitchen was well-suited for preparing meals for our large group and we loved the large dining table that comfortably seats 12 and allowed us to enjoy our meals together. We loved that most of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The hot tub and pool got lots of use, and we enjoyed many hours relaxing on the patio watching the tide roll in and out. I highly recommend this property!

This house is spectacular, the host and her team are exceptional, and the location is truly paradise! We did not want to leave.

Everything was great! Lots of space for all 13 of us. Everyone enjoyed it. Communication with Fany was excellent!

Overall experience exceeded our high expectations. The large house, staff, and location were ideal for our group of eight adults and five small children. Not a single problem. Staff: Fany, Auore (owner), and onsite staff in adjacent house were extremely responsive. Fany walked us through the many amenities upon arrival. Daily trash removal. Arranged with Fany in advance for Pack n Plays for kids. House: The house is even better than the photos. Would work just as well for 12 adults. Plenty of room for all, inside and out. Wisely opted for heating pool due to time of year. Pool was large enough for kids and adults. Kitchen fully stocked with any utensil one needs, large TVs, and Weber grill. Secure walled-in grounds and electric gate were ideal with our small children. Easy access to our private beach just a few steps down. Plenty of beach towels, water toys for kids, paddle boards. Location: Excellent, near one end of Cable beach gave us a secluded feeling with only four or five other houses, yet a fairly short beach walk to the Baha Mar resort for dining and beverages. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown Nassau. Highly recommend this house.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home which had everything we could want or need! The en-suite bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen is amazing. The ownership and management and staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We did have a few glitches but Fany and the team did their best to try to get things fixed. The walk-out beach wasn’t quite what we expected in that depending on the tide it was quite small and often covered in sea grass but that did not diminish our love of this property as much as I initially thought it might.

Thoroughly enjoyed the property and the hosts. Clean and as advertised. 12 adults had plenty of room. On site housekeeper was extremely attentive and helpful! Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There was enough room for everyone. Walkout beach access was perfect for strolls or paddle boarding.

Exceeded our expectations!!! The house is stunning and in a perfect location! Fany was always available with recommendations and to answer any questions we had.
