Luxury Home w/Pool - walk to town and beach

Absolutely my favorite vacation home ever. Perfect location, impeccable design and decor, every possible convenience (the mattresses and pillows! the water pressure! the sound system!) and luxury. Seamless check-in and great communication. We would love to come back!

Our family had a great time. The house is beautiful and extremely well maintained. It's in a great location, and easily walkable to the beach and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent and we felt very welcome.

This was the perfect summer rental for me, my wife and three year old son. The house is in a perfect lacation close to everything (beach, shopping and restaurants). We grilled and cooked almost every night and stayed cool everyday in the amazing pool. The house has been renovated from top and bottom and on a beautiful tree lined quiet street. The house was the perfect size and full stocked with everything from kids toys to flat screen tv's and a sonos speaker system. Matt was the perfect host and we can't wait to book our summer vacation for next year.

My husband and I traveled from California with our triplets and 2 year old daughter. With my mom and sister and her daughter in tow, we were quite a crew. This house was perfect for us. It is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are immaculate. The pool is amazing. And the house is well appointed. Matthew and James, the owners, could not have been nicer and were so welcoming. It is in an extremely convenient location and is close to the Asbury Park boardwalk ( I could not get over what an amazing job they did on the renovation of the boardwalk!). I would recommend this house to anyone and thank Matthew and James (and their son!) for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home!

This is a great vacation home for families. It’s spacious and recently renovated and has a wonderful kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and even a wide array of the owner’s spices. The dining room table is large and looks out over the beautiful swimming pool that comes with four comfortable chaise lounges, rafts and pool toys. There is a table outside for outdoor dining. What a treat to roast marshmallows and make s’mores in the “fire pit.” An added bonus is the built-in stereo system enabling music of your choice to be heard in and/or outside the house. The owner has provided a computer and printer for the tenant’s use – another added bonus not typically found in vacation rentals. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

What a beautiful house. It had more bells and whistles then anyone could imagine and the welcome gift basket was very thoughtful. The kitchen was so well equipped I thought I was at home. The dining room table was large enough for all nine of us to sit comfortably. We made smores in the fire pit and ice cream sundaes on the back deck. Matt was so helpful and left a book with suggestions on where to go and what to do. What wonderful memories our family will have of our week at the beach.

This house is absolutely stunning and perfect in every way. I spent 7 days here celebrating my 40th birthday with my friends and family, and it really ended up being the perfect scenario. Everyone loved it and begged me to rent it again next year! This kitchen is amazing and has everything you will ever need. We cooked and/or grilled every day. I personally never went to the beach because the pool (and the world's most comfortable lounge chairs!) was so inviting. It is the perfect place to entertain and relax. Matt was so helpful answering all my questions. He also left a ton of suggestions on where to go and what to do in the area. It was really nice having a car, but I wouldn't say it's totally necessary. The beach/boardwalk is about a 13-14 minute walk away. I will absolutely stay here again!
