Stayed Mar 31, 2026Our stay was incredibly disappointing due to a total lack of maintenance and abysmal communication. The only way of communicating was via VRBO chat which felt like an unhelpful chatbot, they provided inconsistent pricing for pool heating and requested payment via Zelle (?!?) which felt unprofessional.The home is in a state of neglect. We found broken glass by the pool and, most alarmingly, several electrical outlets were missing faceplates or had broken covers, posing a serious safety risk. The furniture is falling apart, and wall decor is peeling off. The freezer was also broken upon arrival; while a tech confirmed it quickly, it took 8 hours for a repair team to actually fix the coolant levels. And every single one of the beds squeaked terribly or seemed unstable in one way or another. (One had screws missing and another had screws fall out during our stay.)The advertised game room was a disaster. Not one game was playable: the air hockey table wouldn’t turn on, the basketball hoop was damaged, and the foosball handles were falling off. And it's in the garage with no AC.Windsor has strict security, requiring all adult guests to be listed. Management repeatedly failed to update the guest list despite our requests, resulting in constant delays and headaches at the front gate.Between the safety hazards, the non-functional amenities, and the management's inability to handle basic logistics, I cannot recommend this property. It hasn't been properly maintained in years.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023This house is absolutely beautiful with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. The kids enjoyed the pool! The location to the community pool area was fantastic and was only a 2 minute walk from the house. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed May 20, 2023Worst experience ever from a rental house!!! Provided list 3 times in 5 days still not right. Paid to have pool heated took 2 days to get that right but no refund. Offered crib for pool heating never delivered tried to give pack n play which I said no but delivered anyways left on porch. Not enough of anything towels, forks, detergent etc now to top it off trying to charge me for a pet which I did not bring and carpet cleaning for pet per which did not happen 219.00. Beware!!! Do not rent from this company. The resort is great rent from someone else please you will enjoy your stay so much better. The sad thing is I could go on with some other things but I was with family so I enjoyed them!!!

Stayed Apr 23, 2023House had a great layout, lights were hanging out of ceiling, hole in wall, missing blind slats so no privacy in living room, fridge smelled horrible, found ice cream sandwich in freezer, looked like it's been there a while, dirty utensils in drawers. Most disappointing was that the pool and tub were cold and if we wanted the heater turned on it was an extra $60 a day. We specifically booked this house for pool and tub which we didn't use because it had cold water. It was not advertised on the listing, found out after booking so beware of that.

Stayed Mar 26, 2023The 1st few days we were there the pool was cold, even though we requested it be heated, and the hot tub didn’t work. We were still charged the heating fee. It also appeared that the pool hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. There was debris, including used band aids, floating at the bottom.

Stayed Jan 28, 2023This place was more than we could have imagined. It was the perfect home base for our FL adventures and offered more activities and amenities than we could even utilize in our week long stay. We called our family upon arrival to recommend this place to everyone for their future trips to FL. Thanks so much for an excellent vacation!

Stayed Dec 2, 2022House was very clean, just as the pictures on the listing. It has a star wars themed room not shown and a mickey themed two single beds also not show . The house is very spacious. Very easily accommodate 20 persons. Host was very quick with responses. Was always helpful when needed and easy to message. Do know you have to list the names of ALL the people staying at the property for security gate check in. If you dont they will not let you pass. Had little issues with that. But not fault of host at all. They did great adding the additional people in minutes. Overall great stay!
