Lots of stairs, no ac. It was really hot upstairs. Couple of the remotes batteries were dead. Hot water ran out after 10 minutes. Didn’t get to use the jacuzzi tubs. The entry code didn’t work when we arrived and also another time coming back. Had to wait 10 minutes to get another code. Beds were so squeaky, one little move and squeaked so loud. Going to the bathroom echoed. It was ok but not worth the price. From the upstairs you can see the ocean. You have to walk down a steep road or stairs. Best to drive to the ocean. Again not worth the price.

The hot tub was broken for entire stay. Water heater was not able to accommodate multiple showers. The place needed a deep clean, fan under stove was icky along with the overhead fan on all the floors. The heater in the game room was open and looked like someone was trying to fix it, meaning we could not use the game room because it was cold.

Felt honored to be in this wonderful home. It was a little hard for my mother due to so many stairs. We had an awesome stay.

It was a luxury home at one time but now it is a bit rundown and dirty. They sweep the floor except for around the edges and under things. There was dried food on a lot of the dishes and silverware. It needs maintenance and a fresh coat of paint. Also needs an update on the fry pans. And some of the dishes need replaced. Also, bedroom #2 is under the upstairs hot tub and it runs all the time and is very noisy. What I did like about it was all the bedrooms had their own bath. The game room was very nice and roomy with a great pool table and poker table and comfy couch and chairs. That is a nice feature because it gives you two gathering areas. A quiet space upstairs and the game room. It has a lot of stairs so would not be a good fit for anyone not able to clime stairs. The parking is fairly roomy. Enough for four cars.jIt is close to the beach and the view from the top is quite nice. Watched a few sunsets. Can't actually see the beach because of houses in front but lots of ocean.I would not stay here again just because I did not like that it was not clean.

Kitchen: Ice machine doesn’t work right when wiped out was all moldy It was 80 upstairs when we got here and couldn’t find the ceiling fan switch till the next day in the game room. Dishwasher is melted on the inside. Upstairs tub jets do not work. Lots of pots and pans to use (loved this) Curtains need washed and the walls need cleaned. Dust all over the tops of the windows and ceiling fans. 2nd floor: Bedroom 1 Bed super uncomfortable and very shaky Jet tub works but the tubes were full of mold. Would be nice with darker curtains Bedroom 2: Bed is hard Jet tub drain does not work (jets do though) Door to outside porch does not work. Stuck in place. Bedroom 3 Shampoo was on the shower floor when we got here and it was broke Shower curtains need cleaned Hole in the wall below the tv Bedroom 4:Bed uncomfortable Needs darker curtains Bathroom door didn’t work would get stuck. Game room: Was amazing and super comfortable. Did get a little warm but it was 70 here all weekend. Over all we were happy with our stay. The house needs some love. I’m not a picky person normally. We plan on staying again I will just clean what I need to.

We stayed at this place and knew about the stairs but the house needs a remodel a lot of things are falling apart like the pocket doors they kept popping out of place and just seems a little dated on all fixtures. Nice house just could use more upkeep. Needed to be cleaner as one of the beds was dirty when.we got there as well as the hot tub. Could use some extra blankets not to far from beach which is nice.

Don’t stay here. Hot tub takes 3 days to heat up. 3 TVs didn’t work or the remote controls had no batteries. One bedroom had no power. 2 of the bathroom doors fell off the tracks. One of the buddies wives got stuck in the bathroom took 2 people to lift the pocket door back on. They have never used a duster at that place. For the money stay somewhere else. Motel 6 would be better. If you look at my reviews this is the only bad one I’ve ever done. Stay away from this place. Next door they have nicer rentals.

This is a nice place if you don’t mind stairs. The garage and game room are on the ground floor, bedrooms on the second and kitchen and living room are on the third floor so you will get plenty of exercise. It is well maintained for the most part. The dishwasher had some issues and the mattresses were only okay. For some reason there were no dish towels or at least, we didn’t find them. Each bedroom had a bathroom but only half had showers, instead having useless jetted tubs. The hot tub worked just fine and you did have a view of the ocean from the top floor. It does have a beautiful game room with a pool table and poker table but it is far removed from the living area (2 floors away). For the price we paid, we weren’t disappointed. The central Oregon coast is an expensive place to stay.

This house is very spacious. Perfect for groups. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in each bedroom also which is nice. Has a great view. Beach access is about a block away.

Here we go.. a week before our stay in this beautiful property by outsid, I contacted the management if all complaints of reviews of 2024 had been fixed, they said yes, my surprise was that I had to deal with most of them, hot tub water not reaching over 100 degrees, room #1 where I stayed tub shower not working and when it is filled a leak will start coming out landing on top of the pool table on first floor, Tv screen it was locked in room #4. Vacation not full enjoyed if you stay here. Not owner’s foul I’m sure of that.

Although it's across the street from the beach-front homes, this house has a GREAT view of the ocean from the upper floors. The place is clean and full of amenities. But, it is in need of a little TLC. For instance, we had some trouble with the bathroom pocket doors that were quick to get stuck, the ice-maker in the fridge gave out right away, and the patio furniture on the upper balcony has seen better days. Another important thing to know before booking is that there are A LOT of stairs. Prepare for a workout. If you're in decent shape, though, this a is a great place to stay. It's comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and it's an easy walk to the beach and to shops & restaurants.

We loved this place! It was a very quick and convenient walk to the beach! The view at the top (main level) was gorgeous! The hot tub was a fun blessing, as it kept us warm in the cool wind with a beautiful view! We loved that the rooms with their own bathrooms! 2:4 had a shower, the other 2 had Jacuzzi tubs. The game room at the bottom was great as we were able to laugh and play games after the kids were in bed and we weren't afraid of walking around and waking them up. The place is huge and was really clean. Although there was a fishy smell in the stairway near the kitchen, but that was probably due to the people there before us. The smell improved throughout the stay. The salt shaker was empty... so bring your own pantry items. The Vacasa customer service was very responsive to text messaging when i had questions.

It's a lovely house and it met most of our needs. The checkin was very frustrating because it took about 20 minutes to get the door lock to work. We never did figure out how it works, we were just lucky enough to make it work after many tries. Some helpful hints should be included with the check-in instructions. There should also be instructions for the fireplace. None of the bedroom tv's would connect with the wi-fi so they were unusable. The hot water was so hot as to be dangerous. Pots and pans need some updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it could have been better without these issues.
