The master bedroom and bathroom are breathtaking. Very spacious with bathtub, fancy shower and visual fireplace and walk-in closet. 4 beautiful guest bedrooms to sleep 10 in 6 beds and if you need more place to sleep there is a queen size sleeping sectional sofa in the living room. We also have an inflatable mattress in case you need it.
House has water filtration system and RO drinking system, so you and your kids will have access to drinking water out of the tap and perfectly clean water to shower and wash.
Kitchen is stocked with 6 pit stove, oven with baking set, blender, water heater, toaster, espresso and coffee machine, crook pot and everything you will need for a perfect vacation.
The living area has a 10 person dining table, visual fire place and sectional couch inside with plenty of room to entertain big groups.
Outside there is a 6 person dining table, pool chaises and big sectional to relax.
Hook up your playlists and stream your music over Bluetooth on 1 if the 3 soundbars and Tvs throughout the property.
All the furniture is modern and high end. It is a must see!
And don`t worry about losing a key, you only need to remember a code and you can enter and leave the house whenever everybody wants.
There are 2 fake cameras at the property. 1 at the front door and 1 at the backyard. These are only there to scare off intruders. They do not do anything else than blinking a light, so you have full privacy.

The neighboorhood is a quiet, decent neighboorhood that is just minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and within close proximity of Tempe and all the spingbreak baseball stadiums as well. As it is close to the 101 and 202 highways you will be able to be quick on your way to explore the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff or even Vegas. More feeling like casino`s, IFly or Topgolf It is right around the corner.

Uber and Lyft are the way to go. Want to have some fun: download the Bird app and pick up the electric steps to get around. You can also get the free trolley at the end of the street to bring you to oldtown. We will also soon add a VanderHall 2 seater that can be rented on Turo on a daily basis. This is the coolest experience to tour around in the Arizona sun.
There is a requirement to have alarm on the doors that lead to the pool, so that infants cannot accidentally go out and end up in the pool.
If you have infants or want to be sure no accidents can happen make sure the battery is in the little alarms on the doors to the outside.
