Stayed Jun 18, 2025We stayed at this property for a family reunion, including 7 adults and 5 children (ages 4-9). The property was clean and inviting. It’s ideally located within easy walking distance of pools, splash pad and lazy river. The beds were comfortable, and the grandkids loved the basement bunk room. When we had any issue, Jerry, the owner responded quickly, and, when needed, he had someone on-site to problem solve.We all loved the kitchen water fountain! Also the cupboard full of beach towels. I’d happily stay there again!5/5 stars

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We loved our stay. Problems: 1) Shower floors slippery. One adult guest fell. He had a laceration on his arm & a concussion. 2) Tubs need a grab bar. One adult guest needed help to get out of tub. 3) One downstairs BR had broken leg on dresser and couch. 4) A man came to door saying he was the repairman. He didn't seem to fix anything. He had 1 screwdriver with him. Please notify guests if you have sent a repair man and his name. We would stay there again with overall good rating.

Stayed Dec 29, 2022We are a group of friends and family spent the holidays in Santa Clara.We had pleasant stay with this property. The community is really good. we were not to explore all the water park because of the weather. We would like to stay in summer to explore more on the water activities. we did used the hot swimming pool and kids enjoyed it. KR.
