Luxury Home/ Pool, Cinema and Game Room

The house was as advertised. We were using it while at a conference so did not use pool or entertainment rooms. Two things we noticed that could be improved: kitchen needed more plates and glasses, and the towels were in upstairs linen closet not in bathrooms. But everything else was great.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, with plenty of bedrooms, a great pool, and ample room for larger groups.I rated 4 out of 5 stars for a few reasons: minor cleanliness issues, limited communication with the host, and some missing amenities. I did not receive check-in instructions until I reached out the night before, and they were sent only in Spanish despite my request for English. Upon arrival, we found a pair of socks left in the kitchen. Two showers were out of body wash and shampoo, and a few visible stains on the master bedroom carpet made the room feel less clean. The pool also needed attention when we arrived.None of these were major problems, but they added up. If the host ensures the home is fully stocked, communicates more consistently, and pays closer attention to overall cleanliness, this property would easily be a 5-star stay.

This home was perfect for our big group. We did bring plastic cups, plates, towels, and beach towels. They do have these things but we just wanted to be sure to had plenty. Property owner was very responsive. Overall, we enjoyed our stayed.

The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Neighborhood is quiet with everything right around the corner. As with all house rentals, I recommend checking in before running out to the store to see what amenities are needed. Overall great stay.

This home is even more beautiful in person. Everything was in good repair. No worn furniture, sad paint, scratched surfaces etc. Everything they had was in good working order. Very very clean! We had ten family members from age 19-90. Two bedrooms on main level was great and lots of bathrooms and closet space. The back yard is just lovely! I do agree with another reviewer in regards to how this place is stocked. We had 10 adults. There were 10 cups 10 plates large set and small (plastic) one dish towel, no dishwasher soap, one garbage liner for 4 days and ten people, 7 washcloths between all the bathrooms, some of the bathrooms had an extra roll of toilet paper some didn’t, 2 pillows per bed no extras. I wouldn’t say this is a down side it just caught me off guard because usually when I stay at rentals they are generously stocked. Not bad, just something to be aware of so you can pack accordingly. We did contact the host about this and they were very kind but felt that it was adequately stocked. I suppose adequate can be subjective. I’m not a fan of sharing a washcloth with others so we bought wash cloths, dish towels, toilet paper, glasses, dishwasher soap, garbage liners, and paper plates. They had great inexpensive stores near by I probably spent $50 getting supplies so we could be more comfortable. I would totally book this again and would not hesitate to recommend this home. Book it!

We had our 4 adult children and 2 of their spouses. The room arrangements were wonderful, as was the pool and entire home layout! We had an initial problem with the battery going out on the smoke detector resulting in a loud beeping - which we communicated and they got right on it! Fixed it within a couple of hours - couldn't have asked for more! We really appreciated that! There were trails nearby, restaurants and groceries, too. Plenty of beach towels - yay! Minor issues of not enough glassware/stemware for 8, and no kitchen towels for drying our hands or dishes, but we managed just fine and had a great stay. Thank you!

Good location, quiet.

We had a large group and let the host know. There were not enough towels, blankets, pillows, plates, or cups for our group. The coffee maker was broken. The hot tub did not work. The host also tried to charge us for a random remote that was left in the original room we found it in.

The property was great, in a goo location, easy access to all sorts of fun family venues. House was clean and well equipped and the back yard/pool area was great for gathering. Host was very attentive and responsive. Overall, we would plan another family weekend here. For anyone who likes to cook, this is the place, great kitchen and beautiful outdoor kitchen. Great for families with kids, movie room and game room.

It was great and my family loved the house.
