Stayed Dec 28, 2025Very nice house that had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful! Our Golden Retriever loved watching all the deer! Great location! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Beautiful home, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing week in the Pagosa Springs area. We enjoyed watching the deer roam the yard each day. Reliable internet. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to prepare meals for the family.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025Great get away to Pagosa. Awesome location, house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and nice shower. It was a little toasty at times with no central A/C. They did have humidified fans. A lot of wildlife passing through the backyard. I would definitely recommend

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was comfortable and we had a great time. Was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. All beds were comfortable except for the one in the bedroom without the TV. Location was great!!!! Saw deer every morning in the yard. We would stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had wonderful features for our family visit. We were close to town (about 10-15 minutes from anywhere in the town), yet not in the town or a busy area. We enjoyed deer in the yard every day. The WiFi was fast and stable during our visit. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Our family stayed two weeks and it felt just like home. We could’ve easily stayed another two weeks. The location and accommodations were fantastic. A beautiful home with beautiful views. Thanks for being such a great host. We look forward to visiting again next year!
