Luxury home, minutes from MSU campus

We had a great experience at this property. The owner responded immediately whenever we had any questions. It was very obvious that this house has been recently updated. All beds were nice. House was very clean. Great master shower. When the pool is ready for summer, it will be a great spot for groups of families on home game weekends.

We booked this property 1 month prior to the expected arrival date but did not receive the automatic check instructions. I tried to call the host and it went to voicemail with the box full. Vrbo was able to help and we did arrive and check in on time. There are two hot tubs but both are full of old leaves and are not operational. The place was pretty clean and everything is very nice! The pool cleaners arrived when we did and it was good to go. Great location and place

We loved the house, the outside area needed attention, but it also was not the time to use the pool since it wasn't open until Memorial Day. We did find several nails/screws in the driveway. The house was beautiful and worked perfect for our weekend stay.

The host, Taylor should be banned from Vrbo. The heading says, luxury home. Far from the truth. The picture she has posted shows a beautiful pool in the back yard. It was full of green sludge. Drugs and mastitis infested it. There were 2 hot tubs out back. Both looked as bad as the pool. There was dog hair everywhere in the home. Including the bedding. The bathrooms had body hair on the toilets and floors. There was no hot water in this place. I took my 2 daughters to your MSU and we had to take cold showers. Taylor was also very passive aggressive when I mentioned the condition of the pool and house. I will be filing a formal complaint with Vrbo and ask for my money back. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Taylor was great at communication and addressed our concern with elderly aunt getting in to high bed by bringing a stool for her to use. Place was decorated beautifully and the 2nd living room came in handy when the college kids wanted to retreat to play games. Welcoming stay and would definitely book again!

Beautiful home. Close to MSU. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. Plenty of space for everyone.

There were some minor issues but Taylor responded right away and was able to help us get them resolved. Overall a great place to stay if you’re traveling with a family.

No hot tub which it had listed but after looking back into the description it was not listed. I think this error was on

The pool was Amazing and very clean! Kitchen was very inviting and roomy.

This home was so lovely! It has everything you need and more! No need to go anywhere else! Swimming pool, steam shower, jetted tub, 90 inch TV. My family and I stayed here while our home was being renovated. We got so much more in this home than we expected it was definitely a staycation away from home! To top it off.., the owner was readily available to answer any questions I needed. Never waited longer than 5 minutes for a response! I would recommend to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

The pool pic is beautiful, and if the pool really did look like that the rating would have been much higher. I will say, the property info did state the pool is available after Memorial Day, which I did not notice. Not seeing that, I did ask the host if the pool would be available (weekend of May 9), and she stated it would. I was focusing on looking at properties with a pool so was excited. I did ask the owner for a change on the reservation date (by 1 day) which they courteously accommodated. However, owner sent notified me on the day after we arrived in Mississippi that they just noticed in my last text about being excited to swim, and explained there was some miscommunication and the pool was not ready (not even a liner in pool). They did offer another property with a pool 'with a discounted upcharge of 400' for us if we were interested (we declined). I will say the property was gorgeous, although some updates needed throughout (lights in two rooms iffy to turn on for instance - fairly minor updates but necessary for this level of property). I did message the owner after our stay and expressed that I felt some dollar of refund warranted as we paid for a property with a pool that liked the pic, and that was not what we got. (granted we did stay there, house was acceptable, but I feel like we paid for a 'pool' house and we should be adjusted to the rate for a 'house no pool'. Owner spoke as if they would consider but it has been crickets :(

We just had an amazing time at this property! It was too cold to use the pool, but oh my gosh the back yard was perfect for kids. The property is very centrally located and perfect to run home for naps between softball games. If we’re back in town we will definitely stay here again! The host was very easy and responsive and the property was very clean! Check in was a breeze!!!

The property home is nice, however, the backyard is under construction. The homeowner will say that it is not and that there is a space in the yard that kids can play, however, the pool is not filled and there is a dug frame all around the pool with no top on it. Definitely a danger zone for kids. If I could upload pictures of what was advertised and what it looks like, I would not advise anyone to book this property until the work on the backyard is done. If you do not plan to utilize the backyard, then the house is nice.

The house was dirty on arrival and the owner lied about the pool and hot tub, the pool was condemned and there was 2 broken hot tubs. We left this house and booked else where and the owner lied to VRBO and denied our refund.
