    This unit is quite nice, bathrooms are excellent and exceed our expectations. Awesome location and easily walkable to rosemary beach as well. Very responsive host and it completely met our needs. Listing mentioned there was hot tub with the pool when there was not but the host agreed to edit the listing. The unit’s temperature control was challenging to manage at first but we figured it out over time.

    Property Management Company was excellent! We had a few things to address and they handled it efficiently and completed everything requested.The home was lovely and accommodating. The only thing that I would change is the ability to cool the upstairs where the bedrooms are located to an optimal temperature for sleeping. It was warmer than we are accustomed to during the evening.Please note, this is no fault of the Property Management Company, for they did have someone evaluate the unit during our visit. This resort in Seacrest is our absolute favorite and would highly recommend. We biked or walked to restaurants and the beach every day. Highly recommend!

    Great location. Bathrooms are a little small and one is downstairs by the kitchen which is a little inconvenient. Room with bunks is very small. It was fine for teens but would be very tight quarters for adults. Balcony is nice. Kitchen stove only had one working burner. Overall nice place.

    My 2 teenage girls had an amazing time using the bikes to get together with friends also on fall break. Super clean house and surrounding property. Clean pool. Very responsive guest services. Would definitely stay again!

    Overall the property was ok. It definitely needs some general maintenance and cleaning. The bathrooms are also in need of upgrades and updating. One of the bunk beds was full of sand so we could not utilize it during our stay without washing the sheets ourselves. The location is good and the house has potential but just needs some TLC.
