Luxury Home in Gated Community Close to Seaside and STEPS to the Beach!

We had a great time! The beach access was a quick walk across the street. Clean house and easy check in process.

This property exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and beautiful. Close proximity to the Seaside Square and beach access. The neighborhood, itself, is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend!

I initially was not happy with this due to the fact it was not directly on the beach but this house more than made up for the inconvenience. It was well stocked, clean, and absolutely stunning inside and out. It was convenient to beach access and literally has an ice cream shop in the backyard. Beds were comfortable, water pressure, water taste, etc were all outstanding. My only complaint was that the information sent prior to stay stated that beach access was closed and this was not true as the information was outdated. Also, arrival information should state to utilize the back door with your code. Otherwise this house was perfect and the rental group kept regular communication up and was responsive to all questions.

A few issues: master shower had no water, master fans did not work, the doors can be challenging to ensure they are locked. Neighbors were loud late, but that’s not against this rental. Very clean, nice spacious home, comfortable for group of 10.

We enjoyed the property a lot. There are a few things to note. The master bedroom does not cool very well and the master closet is also locked to guests. We had to use the other bedroom closet. Not a big deal because no one was in that room, but may be an issue otherwise. There is a leak under one of the sinks in the master bath. The light is out in the fridge and it doesn’t cool well. The outlet on the porch on the side of the house doesn’t work so we had to ask the neighbor to use his for our golf cart. There are a lot of stairs for some this may pose a problem. We had a wonderful time and would rent again in this neighborhood.

This rental is a charming 3 story Spanish style house located just off of 30A. Each floor has 2 bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. However house smelled very musty as soon as we walked in. Check-in was easy, but the lock box is in the back and no key to the front door– a bit inconvenient since every time we left one of us had to lock the front door and go out the back. A few maintenance issues: AC was not working on the second floor and it became very warm and humid when sleeping, the toilets ran very slow and the water tasted funny, the house needs a water filter. The location is across the street from beach access and is close to Rosemary Beach and Seaside which we visited. It's also about a 20 minute drive to Destin. The house was well stocked but the appliances were old and a bit stingy on amenities. Just FYI, they also charged 250 for animal cleaning fee for my small non-shedding PSD for anyone renting with a service animal. A plus is that they let us in a few hours early, check in time is at 4:00. The manager was nice and replied quickly through text.

We loved the house - but the stairs were steep and it was hard to just run up and down and grab something.

Great property! We rented a golf cart but we were able to walk to the beach each day. Very close to restaurants and shopping.

Rental was perfect for our family! Great location, public beach access is just across the street along with Goatfeathers & donut shop. Shaved ice, pizza & several other dining options walkable from the house. Ended up doing a delivery order from Walmart for groceries & necessities (extra TP, paper towels, etc) & worked out great. No trouble cooking a few meals in the kitchen, all the basics are available. We did run out of propane for the grill on our last night of stay but I finished the chicken in the oven & it was fine. There were chairs & an umbrella in the deck box outside the house though we did rent some chairs our first day of visit.
