Luxury home HEATED POOL Home W/ outdoor living and Boat rental

Great space to hang out, play pool in game room, checkers and chess at game table or time in heated pool.

Stayed with our whole family for 4 days, the pool was obviously the highlight but the games and pool table were also great to have since we got rain every night. it was a great location for what we were doing and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house with a heated pool. Grandkids and adults were all in the pool together! For CT folks swimming outside in February was a treat! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. TVs in every room. Video game, pool table, cornhole and game table for even more family fun. Communication with Vildana is excellent and she went out of her way a few times to make sure our stay was the best. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

The host was a great communicator, I always received a response almost immediately when I messaged her. The home was perfect for me and my family during my son’s graduation from U of Tampa. We had everything we needed to make meals, we had a lot of fun playing checkers and pool, the beds were comfortable and overall, we really enjoyed the home. I would definitely recommend!

Overall stay was good. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Favorite part was the pool. Also, the kids really enjoyed the billiards table, old school video games, and chess table. Communication with host was excellent. The only disappointment was that no boat was available tor rental which was one of the main reasons we booked the property. The host provided us with direct contact information for the boat owner. The owner explained that he might be selling the boat and would contact us back but never did. The host provided us with an alternative boat rental source but an equivalent boat rental wasn’t available, likely due to it being spring break. Upon arrival to the property, we noticed the boat that was advertised with the property was not sold and was sitting out the the driveway across the street during our entire booking. If you’re specifically looking for a vacation on water, I cannot say that we would recommend this property. However, it’s still a nice place if you’re looking for a clean, quiet stay with some added entertainment options. Thanks for the nice stay!

Great spot. We loved it. Spent a lot of time in the pool. Would’ve been nice to have the pool area lighted for the evening.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the backyard was private and well maintained, the pool was perfect for the kids to play, and it was clean. The location is great for a short drive to the beach and near shopping centers, which is always a plus.

Very clean, comfortable and modern looking. Enjoyed the neighborhood and was pleased with the area being accessible to the airport, shopping, etc.. Hosts were very congenial and helpful in making our stay very pleasant. Thanks, Valdana!

House was perfect, just as pictured. Beds are very comfortable. Owners are great and respond immediately. House is close to the attraction, yet still in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this property!

Home is as advertised, clean, well appointed, everything you need. Family especially loved the pool area on the hot sunny days! Great location to explore Tampa and the surrounding area. Vildana is a good communicator and eager to help if you need anything.
