Your reservation is for the private front 2 bedroom home with its own entrance and dedicated space.

The back section of the property is a separate private rental and is not included with this booking.

Both spaces are completely separate, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while staying in a centrally located luxury home.

GUEST MAXIMUM AND VISITOR POLICY

________________________________________

Maximum occupancy is 4 total guests for the entire booking. This does not mean 4 different guests each day. The guest limit does not reset.

Visiting hours end at 11 PM. Any visitor who is not an approved overnight guest must leave the property by 11 PM.

Anyone remaining after 11 PM will be considered an unauthorized overnight guest and will result in either a $70 fee per person or cancellation of the reservation and immediate removal of everyone from the property, including the person who booked the reservation.

Any event, party, or gathering with more than 4 people must be approved by the owner in advance.

10 and under people: $250 gathering fee
10 to 20 people: $500 gathering fee

These rules will be enforced. Please follow them so everyone can enjoy a comfortable and problem free stay.

PARKING

Maximum parking is 2 cars unless you have an approved paid event.

Any additional unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

SMOKING

No smoking, vaping, or weed inside the home.

Smoking is permitted outside only.

Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee.

PETS / Kids

No pets are children under 6 are permitted on the property.
Kids as guest are still not permitted.

PRIVATE AREAS

Guests renting the front home do not have access to the back rental area.

Please respect the privacy of guests staying in the separate rental space.

Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially during nighttime hours.

Excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Last minute bookings may require an additional 1 to 5 hours beyond the standard 4 PM check in time to allow adequate time for cleaning, preparation, and final inspection of the home before entry.

Check in will be provided as soon as the home is fully prepared and guest ready.

The home has a new 2025 central AC unit that cools the home extremely well. 🥶

For proper operation and to protect the system, the thermostat must not be set below 70°F.
