Perfect place for our family of 4!

Great property in an excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The dining table chairs were so worn out, they would shed EVERYWHERE when used. I relayed this info to the “host” but obviously chairs can’t be replaced overnight. The other issue was the short timer / and the location of the censored lights. I was in the shower and had to run out to avoid showering in the dark. And for the living room, I had to kick my legs up in the air every 10 or 15 mins to keep the main light on. I understand the use of sensor lights to conserve energy, but I think it would be less inconvenient for the guests to have them in secondary areas like the kitchen, stairs (one spot did have it on the stairs) instead of living room and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again because these two things can very easily be fixed by the host beforehand.

The place was very clean and had many necessities for daily use and was located at a good location. Loved that every room had their own bathroom and that was the reason for booking for me and my group.

Comfortable with all necessities provided. AC worked very well and the kitchen had spices, coffee and snacks. Owner was responsive when we had a problem withthe tv. However, I would not stay there there again due to steepness of stairs and road noise while sleeping.

Very nice property, excellently located for Hollywood attractions like Universal, Warner Bros, etc… with good facilities and accommodation. However, had to put it as 4 stars as the windows/doors facing out towards the road provide almost no sound proofing at all the road outside is very busy day and night and we were woken multiple times every night by vehicle noise, honking, etc… from the road. Also, as a word of warning, if anyone in your party has mobility issues, this is NOT the property for you. There are a lot of stairs overall, include from the garage to the front door and then 3 more stair cases inside the property.

Right in the heart of the touristy area, this 3 story location (4 if you count the roof) was a fun landing spot for our party of 5. With three full bedrooms and each had its own bathroom, it was plenty of room for all. If you don’t like stairs, beware - it’s a lot of up and down! Tip: if you are going to universal studios it’s not easy or quick to walk but it IS easy and quick to Uber! Much cheaper than parking at the universal lot.

The townhouse was exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It is also located close to Universal Studios, Warner Bros, and restaurants. Griffith Observatory is only a short drive away. Thank you Lilly for allowing us to stay on your properly.

Beautiful property - close to Universal Studios - would stay there again!

This townhouse was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 6. Its conveniently located close to universal studios and a short drive to hollywood blvd. Its in a safe neighborhood and very clean and spacious.

We stayed here with our kids for Spring Break and it was a great experience. The place was very comfortable with everything we needed. The decor and furnishings were interesting and we felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel. The bathroom products were nice and they even provided a few snacks and water bottles for us in the kitchen. I also appreciated the parking spot in the garage. There was some road noise but it wasn’t enough to bother me, and I’m a light sleeper. This place is super close to Universal Studios so if you’re planning a trip there it’s the perfect location. There is a small convenience store and several restaurants walking distance as well.

Overall it was a very nice apartment, well cared for and curated. It is spacious and well appointed. The location was convenient to sites on the northern side of the city. The main downside, which I wish others had noted in their reviews, is that it is really very loud inside the apartment due to road noise from the busy street below. You cannot get rid of the noise by closing doors/windows, it's just a very urban location. The King and Queen bedrooms are especially noisy all night since they are street-facing but even the back trundle bedroom is very noisy late at night and in the early mornings due to adjacent neighbors and thin walls. For anyone sensitive to noise you should definitely be aware. Thank you for an otherwise enjoyable stay!

My family and I went to Universal Studio's and we stayed at this amazing home. It was everything that the pictures showed, easy check in and check out process. Nice neighbors we enjoyed our selves so much. Thank you for opening your home up so we could have the time of our lives. We will be coming back Larry & Tracy Long
