Luxury heated pool & spa home, pool bar, steps to the beach & two master suites!

The house was great and perfect for my family. Just a short walk to the beach. This is the first time we have been to Vilano Beach and we could not have been happier. Very clean beach and not crowded. The only issue we had was with inconsistency with the hot water but the owner was very responsive. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking easy, and we loved using the grill for outdoor meals. The outdoor seating area around the gorgeous pool was the perfect place to unwind. We also really enjoyed the easy ocean access—it was ideal for our peaceful morning walks. Thank you for providing such a well-equipped and welcoming space!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It is comfortably decorated with plenty of space for 6 adults. The location is ideal. We spent a lot of time at the pool, walking the neighborhood and visiting St. Augustine, and less time at the beach due to rainy weather.

Short walk to the beach. Owners are very responsive. Our internet went out during a storm and the owner called and walked me through the steps to fix the problem. Our area of the beach had hardly any other visitors during the week of spring break. It seemed very private and quiet. The pool was warm when the ocean was still cold, so that was a plus. Thanks for a great week!

We (a family of six) stayed at this vacation home for a short getaway. The location was excellent (very close to the beach), the house spacious, and the heated pool luxurious. The hosts obviously put a lot of time and effort into the home. Unfortunately some things (dishes, dish brushes, and couches) were not quite clean when we checked in, and a couple things were broken as well but nothing major. The check-out checklist was also a bit on the long side, which made it difficult to meet the check-out time of 10am with multiple kids in tow. So overall it wasn't a perfect experience but we really did enjoy our stay and would come again!

Don't miss staying at this gem! Super clean, fantastic response from owners when we encountered a small issue. Highly recommend.
