Luxury Grayton Beach Home with Pool, Golf Cart, Bikes – 5 Min Walk to Beach

Very nice, clean home. Great space to make memories with family and friends. Definitely plan on returning.

We had a great stay at this place. Certainly, the place was in 5 star condition. The pictures are accurate to what the place looks like and it’s in a great spot. If it were based on that alone, it would be 5 stars. Some issues we had were: 1. The rules were not sent to us until midnight the day before. Because we were traveling, it was almost impossible to read the rules and get them to the other individuals on the trip. So, we wished they had been sent to us earlier in order to thoroughly review. 2. The WiFi was out the entire trip and the fixes given to me by the host did not work. It wasn’t their fault that the server went down, but even once it was back up, our WiFi never came back on. For those of us who needed to do work on the trip, it was extremely difficult. 3. Parking was on the rules, but as I said, the rules weren’t circulated until a few hours before the trip so we didn’t have a ton of time to read them. After parking our cars outside overnight, we awoke to a message saying if we didn’t move the cars in 30 minutes, they’d be towed. It made the weekend a lot more difficult when we didn’t have all the cars at our immediate disposal. 4. The Golf Cart. It was great to have and super nice. Our only issue was that in order to get it, every person had to send their license (even if they weren’t going to drive). We found that to be unnecessary. All in all the house is great, but it certainly was tarnished a bit by some of these issues.

Property was better than advertised, home is new and in great condition. Golf cart and bikes were provided and were well used during our week. Only two minor issues, construction is still taking in the neighborhood, nothing terrible, but men working on a house next to the pool. I have to say, they did not interfere with our trip or the experience with the property . Parking was limited to two vehicles, so keep that in mind if you have a larger group. We certainly enjoyed our time in Grayton Beach with the courtesy shuttle within close walking distance.

Wonderful property! The bikes and golf cart were great to get to the beach and the beach trolley worked well too. TV remotes did not work with TV per consultant who checked them. We loved the area and there is a lot to do.

Beautiful home near Grayton Beach! Perfect for family vacation stay. Close to Grayton with options to bike, walk or take a golf cart into town or the beach. Pool was clean, spacious but not heated. If we come back to the Grayton area, we would certainly book this home again!

Everything was great!

The house was beautiful and spotless. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and having the nice grill out on the back deck was a great added bonus. The pool was just steps away and was great for our girls, ages 6 to 12, to have a ball in. Would have liked to have had more towels and bath cloths as it was a little inconvenient to have to be washing them so often. Having the golf cart and bikes available as part of the deal was great also. A couple of little issues that arose were handled very quickly which was very much appreciated. Our texts and calls were answered and the issues dealt with in a timely manner. Definitely deserves a 5/5!
