Fantastic house as advertised and confirmed by the other reviews. Probably the best stocked kitchens in any rental you will find. Great relaxing environment inside for a group and the surrounding nature and views are exquisite. Owner is very responsive. Great stay.

The kitchen was great and well appointed. The ice maker wasn’t working and the suggested fix didn’t work, but I’m sure that will be sorted for the next guest. Lovely house, and very responsive owner.

Royal Pacific is one of the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed in. Great layout of the house, including a media room downstairs with access to the hot tub and patio. The kitchen has every device, pan, and plate known to man for gourmet cooking, all of the highest quality. The view cannot be beat, and watching the golfers, good and bad, come down the 7th hole was very entertaining! Do not look further for a special place to stay in Bodega Bay. Book the Royal Pacific before someone else does!

Great view, fully equipped kitchen, fun with the pool table, did a lot of deck time, enjoyed the quail and deer on the golf course. Not recommended for old people who have difficulty with stairs.

This was a lovely home base for our annual family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, a well stocked kitchen, and beautiful views. The beach wasn’t all that walkable with toddlers in tow, but Doran Beach is just a couple minutes drive away. Had a wonderful stay!

Melony was great and very communicative throughout our whole stay! The property had gorgeous views, on clear days, and it was a great place to celebrate my mom’s 70th with family.Thank you for helping make our stay memorable!

3 generations from grandparents to 2 year old spent a week here. Lots of room for all. Note that the 5th bedroom is the theater room, but the pull-out queen and a queen air mattress made it a great room for the young cousins to play and sleep in.

We had a great stay at this wonderful property. Plenty of room for 4 fifty something couples. Beautiful views, ample amenities, comfortable beds and great location.

We had an amazing time at this Bodega Bay rental! The house was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for our whole group. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the location was perfect—close to the beach, hiking trails, and great seafood spots. Highly recommend for a fun, low-key escape with friends!

We had a very nice stay in this lovely house. The views were fantastic and the kitchen was really well stocked. As other reviews stated, which we didn't fully note, this house really only has four bedrooms, which was problematic for our party of 12. We weren't able to fully use the wonderful movie room since we had to use that as a bedroom. Would definitely stay here again with a smaller group!

We have stayed in many places in BB. This house is our new favorite for sure! Very spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Only downside is we didnt stay longer! We will for sure next time! Thanks for everything!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion. The house itself is beautiful with updated designs, fixtures, and furniture. The views are spectacular and the master bedroom is extra spacious. The kitchen is large with plenty of seating. We do like to cook and were very happy large gas range. There was plenty of dishes, utensils, and pantry items stocked. The amenities this place offers is incredible. We used the pool table, hot tub, fire pit, balconies, gas fire place, and theater room. All worked as they should with no issues. There is plenty of parking at this property which isn't always a guarantee when you have a house that accommodates so many people. Communication with the owner was quick and check in/out was a breeze. Our family has been staying in rentals in the Bodega bay, Bodega Harbor, Dillon Beach area for decades and we all agreed that this is the best place we have stayed in all those years. We will be back!

Beautiful property and location

What a lovely three days. I wish it were longer and hope to return. The home was beautiful. Beds very comfortable with very nice bedding. Appliances top notch. Well stocked with so many items you rarely find in other vacation rental homes . Melony was very responsive throughout the entire pre-booking questions and communications, the booking process and throughout our stay. And the view from the front and back of the house was incredible!! Fun watching the golfers on the 7th green right outside!
