Welcome to Pomelo House! Our cozy and spacious home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. You'll find all your favorite amenities here, including high-speed internet, TV, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an EV charging station and more. Our peaceful and private neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy a serene and relaxing stay.

KITCHEN
Our fully-equippedkitchen boasts a beautiful quartz waterfall island and brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher. You'll find everything you need here, including a coffee maker and a blender for your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The dining area is located just to the left and seats up to 8 people.

LIVING AREA
Our well-decorated living area is the perfect place to unwind and watch TV on the 55 Fire TV. It's an open-plan space that connects to the dining room and kitchen, making it easy to socialize with friends and family.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom is bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed with a new memory foam mattress and Booklinen sheets and duvet. You'll also find a 43 Fire TV, his and her walk-in closets, and a master bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in rainfall shower, and water closet.

SECONDARY BEDROOM
The cozy secondary bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed featuring a new memory foam mattress, Brooklinen sheets and a duvet. There is plenty of storage space and quick access to the main bathroom.

THIRD BEDROOM
Our charming third bedroom features two bunk beds, each with two twin mattresses, making it perfect for children. It's located conveniently near the main bathroom. Please note that the bunk beds have a maximum weight capacity of 200 lbs per bed.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Our laundry room is located just off the garage and is available for your use throughout your stay. We also provide cleaning and sanitizing supplies and equipment to help you keep the house clean during your stay.

GARAGE
We're happy to provide you with all your beach needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, all located in the garage. You'll also find outdoor lawn games here. While guests have access to the garage, we only allow guests to park inside if they're charging their electric vehicle.

The Pomelo House also offers a powerful 240V/48AMP Tesla EV charger conveniently installed in the garage, along with a J1772 adapter to allow high-speed charging for Tesla or any other EV on the market (when using the provided adapter located in the garage). This is a complementary service for Pomelo House guests only.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Our outdoor space is designed to create the ultimate Southwest Florida vacation home experience. The extra-wide patio doors bring the outdoors in, creating an even larger space. You'll love relaxing in the covered lanai with a dining area, outdoor grill and prep area. The screen-caged in-ground heated saltwater pool is perfect for poolside lounging or family fun time. There is plenty of seating, including pool loungers and a conversation set. The backyard is completely fenced, and there is plenty of green space to play. We also have lawn games like bocce ball and cornhole for you to enjoy.
