PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation.

Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied.
If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property.
If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out.

Holiday Booking Policy
CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.) **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th, 25th
NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st

    We enjoyed our stay in the home overall. Check-in was extremely easy. When we arrived, there was no snow and by the end of the week we had been snowed in for 2 days. House was comfortable and kitchen well stocked to cook. The property management company was responsive when we had any issues. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle with good snow tires as the road the home is on is not plowed very often. Would stay here again:)

    Loved this home! Super big, just about everything we needed to be comfy for our 8 days. Kitchen items were well stocked to cook with. They just need to add some fans for use as Tahoe gets warm in July. A few standing or window fans would help to keep cool. Other than that, our family was so happy in this home!

    The cabin was BEAUTIFUL! I only stayed for 4 days but I could see myself staying a lot longer in the future. It was spacious, clean, had more than enough amenities for a comfortable stay. I will be back and cant wait to book this same cabin!

    Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children had a great time at this house. We have stayed at many Tahoe houses over several decades and this is our new favorite. The layout was perfect for our group (3 queen beds for adults and a bunk room with 4 beds for the kids). The downstairs open area provided extra space for us to spread out. We were snowbound for a few days - yet took full advantage of the nearby forest trails for getting out and hiking in the snow. Property managers were very helpful in letting us extend our stay until the roads were cleared. Quiet neighborhood - and great neighbors. One even helped us dig out of the snow. Best equipped kitchen we have ever encountered - important since we like to cook. Only minor thing - downstairs queen bed was a bit worn and could use renewal.

    Overall nice space, but outside trash was filled on arrival, there were lightbulbs out, and or blinking when on. The bathroom downstairs was dirty. Otherwise nice property.
