Stayed Mar 14, 2026This house is listed as a 5 bedroom 5 bath but that isn't all that true. One of the bathrooms is an outdoor pool bathroom and the 5th bedroom is more of an open space with bunks and futon bed. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space is fantastic. Coffee on the porch in the morning is a must. This house also needs some maintenance on small things such as toilets and sinks.It provides a lot of space for a large group!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025I thought it was a great house for families, however the air conditioning was not that great. It could not keep the house comfortable set at 76. Everything else was very good.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025One the best locations to stay in Lake Havasu coupled with resort style accommodations. Ranging from a movie/game room to multiple clean bed and bathrooms. Excellent gourmet kitchen for all your dining needs, an outstanding pool area to entertain your guests with bbg fire pit and bat area. This all comes together with a spectacular view of Lake Havasu at its best. No need to look any further book now before it’s gone!!!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Beautiful property with amazing sunset views of the lake! Quiet neighborhood, close to amentities. Loved the outdoor space, pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable, nice yard to play games and the BBQ area was great for outdoor dinners.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024The home was even more beautiful than advertised. The views were amazing and I the hosts didn’t a great job leaving instructions around the home on their expectations, making the stay & check-out process easy. I would love to stay here for our next visit!
