Luxury Escape at 5-Star Madison House in Colorado

This host was excellent and very communicative. I have never stayed at a better stocked VRBO. They thought of everything. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay! Very clean place, loved it was pet friendly even though we didn’t bring our pup with us. The hosts were amazing and great with communication and thought of everything to make your stay perfect! Would stay here every time hands down!

I always try and book with VRBO for any family vacation. I found this beautiful property and it was located in the gorgeous historical North End neighborhood. The location was perfect, a 5 min drive to downtown and easy access to the highway. Brian and Jean were so accommodating for an early check in and were so prompt in getting back to me with any questions. The space itself was a design achievement. I have never been in a VRBO that the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed plus some. There were little touches that they provided that were so thoughtful. I was thoroughly impressed and would definitely book again! They also were pet friendly and had so many additional things for pets including beds and toys and bowls. We didn't bring our puppies, but a great and welcoming space if you do. Great experience all around.

The Madison House was fantastic. Very clean with every amenity that we could want. You put a very nice seasonal touch to it with all the Christmas decorations, too.We loved this place and we'll be staying with you in the future.

Cute and unique property, well kept, with nice welcoming touches in a great location. Keep in mind this isn’t a good option if you have a mobility disability. Otherwise really nice!

My husband, 15-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay at Colorado Escape. We couldn't be happier with our experience! This property is meticulously cared for. It was spotlessly clean and matched the description perfectly – if anything, it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for the three of us to spread out and relax, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We all had a great time playing the arcade game.The location is in a nice neighborhood and just a short drive to iconic Colorado Springs attractions. Communication with the host was excellent; they were very responsive to any questions we had. We also really appreciated having some pantry and bathroom items available; it's those small details that make a big difference when you're traveling.We highly recommend Colorado Escape and would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, central location, and all the amenities! Easy check in. Nice neighborhood to walk around the block and look at the unique yards. Street parking was no problem whatsoever. Beware of a lot of steps - both to get to the home and inside.

This was the perfect stay for us. We were here for our oldest son’s graduation from CC. The location was perfect for walking to campus through the gorgeous Old North End. The lower area where we stayed was completely appointed with great detail and lots of thoughtful details included (bath salts, wine, chocolates, coffee, tea). The beds were super comfortable with super-soft pillows (many VRBOs have bricks for pillows). We will be back as we have another child at CC

I can’t say enough good things about Brian and Jean’s Beautiful property.The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and all the little extras such as wine and chocolate a nice touch! I would definitely stay here on my next trip to the Springs

Love the neighborhood and close enough to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods for easy access. Had everything we needed for our trip. We didn’t bring our pets, or have young children but they had everything available in case you do. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here and loved everything about this place. The kitchen and bathroom being my favorite. Such a beautiful set up.

We had such a wonderful time here! This place was SO clean, well organized and the layout was unique and perfect. The kitchen was a great place to hang out in and easy to cook in. The bathroom was beautiful with the open concept. And the master bedroom mattress was divine. Literally the most comfy bed we’ve ever slept in. We weren’t expecting to be in the basement apartment but it was not a problem at all. Still very private. We also enjoyed the private patio. WiFi was SO FAST! We will be staying here again! 10/10 recommend!!!

I was very impressed with the overall condition of the property. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that the property had cleaning things available for use and that things like paper towels and napkins were already there eliminating the need to purchase items. My grandson enjoyed the video game immensely and wanted to stay there.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Madison House. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—it truly felt like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the spa bath, which was a perfect way to unwind. Our pets were welcomed too, and the thoughtful touch of toys left out for them really made a difference. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we can’t wait to return!
