    This house was very spacious, well-equipped, the location couldn’t have been better to both the Watercolor beach club and walk into Seaside! It was nice that the third bedroom with the trundle now has a twin-over-queen bunk bed along with the trundle daybed - would be great for multiple kids! The only small complaints were the house did not have any tissues and the coffee mugs could be replaced with how used and stained they were

    We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I were looking for a home for a long weekend that was centrally located in Watercolor - this fit the bill. The home was clean, well-decorated, well-furnished and in good condition. It was located just a few blocks from everything it seemed - tennis courts, Western lake, the ocean and restaurants. My only recommendation would be directed to the agent - perhaps a few things like laundry pods, more than 2 dishwashing pods and salt/pepper could remain in the home. We were only there for 3 nights but had to buy these items to get us through.

    The house was perfect for our family. Lovely decor and everything we needed for a great vacation. 360 blue could have been more helpful if they had supplied us with enough wrist bracelets. The kind and accommodating people at the beach club pool saved our vacation by giving us passes for the children to get in to all amenities.

    Lovely and comfortable home. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent air conditioning despite very warm temps. Very comfortable bedding. Spacious! Master with privacy but still near other bedrooms. Very easy shady walk to the beach. Easy bike ride to anywhere in Watercolor. Ideal location! Only suggestion would be a blanket for the couch for lounging!

    Home is the perfect size for our group of 5 ( 4 adults, 1 child). Extra bunk beds have been placed in a room which was not pictured in description and was a nice surprise. Home is well stocked with a bonus crockpot, blender and toaster oven Outdoor screened in porch was used often. Rocking chairs on front porch so calming. Location to beach is an easy 3.5 blocks. Seaside town square a very quick bike ride down 30A.

    We loved the house. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor. It was comfortable and inviting. Great seating in the living area. Also enjoyed the seating area in the backyard. We were there for our son’s wedding in Seaside and the location was perfect. We would stay here again.
