Luxury English Country Home

This is a great house on beautiful property. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen has great appliances and plenty of room to accommodate a large group. There were 4 children and 9 adults in our party. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. This is the 2nd time we stayed here and hope to be able to come back next year!

We really enjoyed the property - the space was very comfortable and had lots of amenities to make it even more welcoming. The home is beautiful and clean. Betty was great at communicating with me through the whole process as well. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lovely patio in the morning.

We stayed in this home with 8 adults and 3 children ages 4-6. It is very comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for our adventures. Thank you so much Betty!

Beautiful large country home with top notch facilities throughout and a very helpful owner. Stayed here with my wife, 3 adult children and 2 adult friends for my son’s college graduation from Bates which was 45 minutes away. Only negative was distance and that it requires a car to get to local dining/shopping options. The house has plenty of beds of varying sizes that easily fit us 7 and could’ve fit more. Beds were all comfortable with ample high quality pillows and blanketsThere are so many great spaces in this home. The back porch has comfy Adirondack chairs and a firepit with view of large woods that we hiked around in. The main floor has comfortable chairs and couches and a very well stocked libraryThe highlight was the basement with Xbox, darts, shuffleboard and foosball all in pristine shape. And a great table for cards or their collection of games (clue, scrabble were our favorites)And throughout house are clear helpful instructions on how everything works including a pellet stove that helped keep basement toastyThe location within Naples is a short drive from a solid grocery store with an exceptionally well stocked beer/liquor store where we could sample the great beers of the northeast but also had breweries from across nation l including our Austin TX Jester King. And Gary’s Tavern had excellent food and drink options featuring seafood, Italian, pizza and pub fare. Again the only negative is that you couldn’t walk

This was an amazing property. The host made sure it was in wonderful shape. Very roomy and easily accommodated our large family of 13. There were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. We played horseshoes, bocce, foosball, an assortment of table games as well. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Beautiful patio with fire pit and grill and we enjoyed s'mores at night. Located in a convenient spot close to all of the activities. Quite possibly the best rental property we have stayed at over the years

Owner made it unbelievably comfortable

The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautifully arranged with luxury and modern updates. The kitchen is fantastic and was put to the test daily with fully cooked meals for 11+ including a major clambake. The outdoor space was just right with the fire pit and gas grill along with all the seating and games for all. Location is perfect, away from downtown and can be there in minutes. We will most certainly be returning. Our host Betty has been delightful throughout.
