Nestled in Naples, this tremendous house offers a perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. With two cozy bedrooms and a private loft, including a king bed and three queen beds, plus an additional sleeping area in the finished basement with a twin bed and a couch, there’s room for everyone to relax. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower and tub and one downstairs with a giant walk in shower. Guests enjoy the heating in the cooler months and air conditioning inthe warmer months! Enjoy the finished basement which offers a pool table, bar and plenty of seating. It’s the perfect area to hang with family and friends and have a good time. There is a stackable washer and dryer which makes it easier for a longer stay. There are four kayaks, a paddle board, and a paddle boat that guests are welcome to use. We are minutes from the Naples causeway which offers many restaurants, shops, and activities to enjoy. We are also close to Sebago Lake State Park which is an incredible lake to spend the day at. Spend the evening sitting around the fire pit or playing a game of pool! Whether you’re working or unwinding, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere that feels just like home!
