Stayed Mar 14, 2026True ski in ski out! Unfortunately, the snow was not great at Spring Break due to the extreme heat that Colorado was experiencing. However, we literally walked across the yard and got on the snow and the lift was right there! Best location we have ever had for closeness to lift and Ski Village. The condo was fantastic for a large family! My grandkids loved the bunk room. It had its own tv and couch! The huge family room and kitchen looked right out on the slopes.

Stayed Jan 28, 2026House is in the absolute most perfect spot. You are steps from two different lifts and a short walk to the stores at the resort. House will sleep plenty of people. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. Wonderful place to stay.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: condo was in very good shape and well maintained. great layout and best location on the mt. - in our opinion. kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, etc. Could have used a lot more dishware and glasses for size of unit. Great family trip.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025This property is great and you can't beat the location. We had a large group and also utilized a family condo across the plaza; so the close proximity was key in our choosing this unit. Unfortunately, four hours before check-in I was told that we had to be moved. After a few hours of panic (as our group drove towards Purgatory) we were told that we'd be able to stay in this unit; but would it would not be ready until after 4 PM. I was told that they'd pay for dinner; which then changed to 100 maximum for dinner. You can't pay for dinner for 13 people for 100. Ultimately, we didn't get into the unit until 7 PM and our dinner at the Durango Mountain Club (which was well over 100) was covered; but the angst and poor communication in working with the property manger ruined the stay. Additionally, the listing included pool and hot tub, but we did not have access from this unit. Fortunately, we are DMC members and could use our key fobs. I'll think long and hard before I rent from this property manager again.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This was an amazing location!! We loved the ease of getting to the slopes right from our patio. The kitchen is great, the beds were comfortable, the heated garage was a big plus. The communication with the hosts was fantastic.
