Luxury Elkpoint Townhome - True Ski in/Ski Out - Best Location (End Unit)

House is in the absolute most perfect spot. You are steps from two different lifts and a short walk to the stores at the resort. House will sleep plenty of people. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. Wonderful place to stay.

Always a great experience when we stay at Purgatory. Very convenient to EVERYTHING. We had a few hiccups while there but to be expected and everything was addressed quickly.Thank you

This property is great and you can't beat the location. We had a large group and also utilized a family condo across the plaza; so the close proximity was key in our choosing this unit. Unfortunately, four hours before check-in I was told that we had to be moved. After a few hours of panic (as our group drove towards Purgatory) we were told that we'd be able to stay in this unit; but would it would not be ready until after 4 PM. I was told that they'd pay for dinner; which then changed to 100 maximum for dinner. You can't pay for dinner for 13 people for 100. Ultimately, we didn't get into the unit until 7 PM and our dinner at the Durango Mountain Club (which was well over 100) was covered; but the angst and poor communication in working with the property manger ruined the stay. Additionally, the listing included pool and hot tub, but we did not have access from this unit. Fortunately, we are DMC members and could use our key fobs. I'll think long and hard before I rent from this property manager again.

Great location

This was an amazing location!! We loved the ease of getting to the slopes right from our patio. The kitchen is great, the beds were comfortable, the heated garage was a big plus. The communication with the hosts was fantastic.

We had a great time and stay just minor set backs that the property management was always very willingly to solve.

We had the best time. It is right next to the main lift. The host instantly answered any questions and helped. House was clean.

Great location and convenient for ski-in and ski-out. Also great snow just outside door for children to play and sled.

Unit has plenty of space for a large family. This property needs some cleaning. Cobwebs and dust on fans bed frames light fixtures. Shower curtain and bathroom rug needed to be washed. Shower in upstairs bathrooms had mildew and excess of hard water calcium. Unit says no pets but we found pet hair in bedrooms ended up on our clothes.The rental company supplied plenty of Toilet paper but no supplies for dishes. The couch was in poor condition and they ordered a new one didn’t get there for us but glad to know they were taking care of it.Our family had a great time as always as you can’t get a better location. The unit had baby gates and playpen which was important for the safety of our little ones.They brought a brand new crockpot same day as the lid for current crockpot was missing. Could use a bigger baking sheet pan but otherwise plenty of pans. Staff were friendly and helpful with quick response. Would rent again hopefully they get a better cleaning service as we all know how much we pay for cleaning. Unit could use some updating.
