It was a great location and a beautiful house.

We had six people in the home. There was more than enough room in the house. Everything you needed or could want for was there. At times you could see ships coming in and out of Brunswick through the channel. It was relaxing and I would absolutely recommend to anybody. They had room enough for children. the home is extremely family friendly. There was so much space and so close to everything in town. Would absolutely recommend for anybody.

The home is amazing. Great for a family and/or friends with a great layout that provides serenity. Comfy beds, very high end appliances and furniture.We loved walking to town, getting a bite to eat (to include a Moo Cow ice cream many a night). The front porch was our morning coffee and evening cocktail gathering place. The sea is a stone’s throw away, but, know that you need to watch the tide schedule for this spot. Not far, but either a car, bike, or golf cart ride, are beach spots where the tide schedule doesn’t matter so much.We loved this beautiful home and would absolutely rent again! Enjoy!

We met some friends for Spring Break. House is perfect for 2 families to share. Location is great with walking and bike access to downtown restaurants and shops.

This vacation home is absolutely beautiful and spacious! Super clean, top of the line appliances, great decor, and plenty of room for our family. Located on a quiet and picturesque side street just steps from the beach. We will definitely rent here again in the future! Thanks :)

So cute and well stocked for guest! We Loved staying in this home! SSI is where I grew up and will always be a special place in my heart…this end of the Island is my favorite! Back to this home…plenty of well thought out space! outstanding in every way!

St. Simons is special since my bonus daughter & her best friend requested their we experience this island on more time during their final high school Spring Break. King City provided a close walk to the beach, the village and all the favorite places this family wants from St. Simons. The house is wonderfully furnished, allowed our party of 6 ample space both inside and out for relaxing, reading, watching TV or enjoying the hot tub. The host are very responsive and left no questions. We plan to return again for stay in the fall. Carl & Jennifer

This was our first trip to St Simons. Great updated house for friends and family with room to spread out. We had a friend that worked most of the time and there was a small office which was perfect. The kiddos loved the bunk room with tv and bean bag chairs. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We rented a golf cart which was nice but still super close to walk which the teens kids did on occasion. Only steps to the beach although there is high tide so plan accordingly.

We had a marvelous, short stay for spring break with 4 high school teenagers. Everyone had plenty of space, we could ride bikes or walk most places and the house cannot be beat. From clean design, thoughtful amenities, a well-stocked kitchen, inviting porch and an ideal location ... we loved, loved, loved this house. My most persnickety 15yr old declared this the best vrbo we've ever booked! When we make plans to return to St. Simon's, this will be the first place we look to reserve. Thank you Jeff & Amie for being so easy to work with and for hosting us in your lovely home.

Amazing house. Everything was perfect. The house is super equipped. I was impressed and everything is taken care of. The communication with the owner was easy and we got fast response. I would recommend it.
