Stayed Jul 10, 2025The house was absolutely gorgeous and clean. The host was so nice and sweet. She did her best to accommodate me as much as possible when it was needed. Always checked in to make sure everything was going well. I enjoyed my stay very much and would absolutely stay again.

Stayed Nov 28, 2024This was honestly the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. We booked this house to spend the holiday together as a family on Thanksgiving. Initially, the host was responsive up to the morning of our arrival. Check in time at 4 pm came with no door code from the host to get in. My whole family arrived to a locked house with Thanksgiving dinner and no word from the host after multiple attempts to reach out. After hours of waiting we desperately booked hotel rooms for 14 people and ate take out for Thanksgiving. The host from this point on was dismissive of the hardship and extra cost we’ve incurred due to their actions.After finally receiving the door code from the host (who didn’t send the code due to being on a plane), we realized the rental was dirty (bathtubs with hair in them, dishes in the dishwasher, cigarette butts around the pool and dead cockroaches). We let this go, just to get on with our vacation. At bed time around 9 pm, we realized the heat was not on, and there weren’t enough blankets or towels. After more back and forth with the host, someone showed up at 11 pm, while my children slept under towels, just to unlock a coded closet. Lucky for us the person also knew the WiFi—another thing the host forgot to send us.Typically, I would never leave a bad review, but this host had a bad set up and has been rude and condescending about taking accountability for their many mistakes. Don’t bother with this rental or this host. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
