Host was very accommodating and very responsive to all our messages! Great place for kids as the backyard area is amazing to hang out and swim and play as well as the amount of space indoors! Highly recommend and will be back to stay in the future!

The house is clean, tastefully decorated and felt like living in a resort with the beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pits, and landscaping. The host was also very accomodating and communicated quickly.

The house was as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, bowels, plates etc. One cabinet had spices and oil. Enough for meals for 10. Bathrooms and pool had plenty of towels, toilet paper soap etc. Very comfortable for our party of 10. One of the best places we have stayed. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a comfortable well maintained house. We have rented before from houses maintained by property managers who don't seem to care about the property and have broken appliances, inadequate accessories ect that oversell the property and make the experience less enjoyable. These people care about their property and make the experience enjoyable.Bill Stotts

The property was excellent for our stay in Phoenix. It provided ample space for us to gather and enjoy our privacy.

We had a large group and needed a big house for a sort of family reunion. This was a great place to have this get together. The backyard pool, hot tub and multiple places to sit was a big hit. The house handled our group well with private bedrooms for the couples and the singles. The host was on top of things from day 1 until the last day. Really couldn't have been better. Also the location: excellent neighborhood and close to a big Fry's Grocery, places to eat, and just about anything we needed. All in all very deserving of a high rating.

This was a great place for our family vacation. We had 9 people and it was a perfect location and awesome backyard. Fantastic communication with owner and house was well stocked with toiletries and paper towel. My only recommendation would be adding 1-2 more king beds in the upstairs bedrooms instead of the queen/twin combos but certainly not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great time visiting Arizona for Spring Break with the kids and Grandkids. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious house with plenty of beds and a huge kitchen with all amenities, plus an extra fridge for drinks in the garage and on the patio. The fire table on the patio was a cozy place to relax in the evenings. Would definitely rate it as one of the best homes we’ve stayed at.

A group of us stayed here for a week. This house is as it looks, truly incredible. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a big hit and location wise it worked perfect for our group for proximity to baseball parks and golf courses. Mary was probably the nicest vrbo owner we’ve ever rented from and we will most definitely stay again if we continue this yearly trip. Thanks to Mary for sharing your property. It was amazing!

Had a wonderful stay! Great location, quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Loved the hiking trail walking distance from the house. Outdoor areas (pool, hot tub, and seating) were perfect! Host was responsive and helpful - would definitely stay again!

Spent a week here golfing and having time away. Such a beautiful house and the backyard is as amazing as the pictures. Beds are comfortable. Nice hike up the nearby butte. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Overall a great week.

It was a family group of 13 and it was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking, pool and hot tub were used daily. Anytime we had a question to Mary, she was quick to respond and was very helpful

We stayed over the Christmas holidays. There were 12 of us, all adults and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house and property. The house was spotless and well appointed. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy cards, games, jacuzzi and outdoor fire pit. Bedroom 6 is actually the loft with a pool table and bed. It was noted in the fine print, which we did not review.

The house and yard were as described. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Owner was very kind and very responsive. Owner even returned an item left behind in the house after our stay. I would highly recommend.

Clean and well kept property. Lots of comfortable beds, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen and outdoor area were superb. Pool heat is definitely a must as the pool is nice and warm any time of day to use. Highly recommended

This was our 2nd time staying at property. We played in the Men’s Adult Baseball tournament and had 8 guys stay at the house. Plenty of space, never felt crowded, pool and hot tub were perfect. House is in gated community, very safe, and close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. Mary, the owner and hostess, was very easy to work with! Great communication and very pleasant. We will stay here again. Highly recommend!
